Not enough power outlets, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient. Everything else was good though.

Stayed at this hotel recently. The place is generally clean and the location is convenient. However, there are a couple of concerns. The metal fixtures around the property were noticeably rusty, which made the overall maintenance feel lacking. In addition, there’s no key card access required for lifts to individual floors, which raises some security concerns. Overall, an average stay, but both maintenance and security could be improved.

Decent hotel for a night or two. Just a heads-up, they give you some info at check-in about housekeeping and such.

The room is spacious with a great sea view, very quiet, clean and tidy. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly, even assisting with taxi bookings.

Overall, it's a pretty good hotel. One odd thing was having to pay extra for an additional pillow, which I completely don't understand. The breakfast had a good variety though, which was nice. I'd rate it about a 7/10.

Room clean with nice hospitality.

Really good place to stay. Central of many attractions in Hualien. Just note the pillows are very low. Otherwise is clean, nice, good bed and comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Jiangjunfu and Dongdamen Night Market, both within walking distance. The underground parking has plenty of spaces. However, the hotel breakfast is really not good, but there are many great food options nearby.

Returning for regular/seasonal city break. Two rooms booked - this time with both mountain and ocean views. Breakfast felt limited in choices - mostly vegetarian and Asian dishes. Clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. But this time the tab water issued a strong odor - time to check the water storage tanks perhaps. 水龍頭流出的水有臭味, 請檢查水塔

This is my go to in hualien! Beautiful, clean, good rooms, well designed.

The room was neat and tidy, the service from the reception was good.
