They didn't provide the access code before check-in, so when I arrived at the hotel, there was no one around. My calls went unanswered, and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a call back, during which I was basically a mosquito's dinner. Once in the room, the AC took forever to cool down, the bathroom pipes were broken, and the lights were incredibly dim. The website photos must have been taken during the day because at night you can barely see anything. It truly felt like I was living in a prison.

It’s a great experience if you’re looking for something different and cheap, but make sure you set your expectations right. This is not necessarily a comfortable stay, and we felt it was a bit stuffy, but I guess it could be considered part of the place’s vibe. The only complaint I would have is that we met someone from the staff the next day while checking out (probably someone who came to clean the rooms) and they were very rude. The main person I spoke to on WhatsApp for check-in, however, was nice.

Check-in convenience: Self check-in was quite convenient; communication via WeChat/Line was possible. The night market is a 10-minute walk away. Safety: Good location, very safe. Facilities: As pictured, a 'prison-style' experience, which I definitely felt. Hygiene: Hygiene was acceptable. Environment: The environment was unique, worth experiencing.
