There's no front desk and no advance notice on how to check in. I messaged them on WeChat when I arrived, but got no reply. Luckily, someone answered when I called. There's only one bathroom, which serves as both the toilet and shower. The ratio might be acceptable, but it would be better if they were separate. The bed is terrible; you sink right to the bottom the moment you sit on it. The springs are completely broken. I've stayed in many budget hotels, but this was one of my worst experiences.

They moved me to another accommodation for these dates as they were doing some disinfection and the AC in the new place flooded the room and made my bag and clothes soaking wet. Very displeased with this service.

We had a good stay here. The walls between the rooms are not too thick and there is only one bathroom for one floor, but in general we had a good stay and there is a common area with free water and WiFi (but only on the 3rd floor).

Nothing to complain about with the accommodation quality, everything was great. The owner didn't make much money from us, but was still very willing to help me, a careless person, find lost items and respond to my inquiries. Thank you, boss!

Very good stay at a good man hostel, conveniently located near Hualien station, with all buses passing nearby. The room was good enough for the price, however the windows are a bit noisy when there’s wind and the room is not fully closed (space above doors) so mosquitoes can enter. If you bring mosquito repellents you will have good nights of sleep here. I recommend

It’s a TINY room, it’s fine for 1-3 nights. There’s A/C In the room, the bed is soft and it’s clean just the actual size of the room is incredibly small. It’s self check in via WhatsApp we chat or line. Bathroom is mediocre. Location is really good, overall don’t expect much and you’ll be right
