The room was super clean! You can access the outdoor pool on the top floor of the Lakeshore Hotel next door, which was incredibly chill. They also have a sauna and steam room. The breakfast was quite extensive, and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me! 😅

The entire hotel is very new and clean, with comfortable rooms. Check-in was convenient, even without staff. The price is good, and you can also use the facilities at the neighboring Haiqin Pavilion. I'll consider staying here again!

Great experiance at The moment by lakeshore! The kids were thrilled by the bunk beds with curtains and privet hangers and lights 😅 It's a complex of buildings by lakeshore, we had a room with amazing mountains and gardens view. The auto check in station was simple to understand and operate, and suitable for us, since we arrived quite late. The room design is very cool, everything worked, good water pressure. The shower is separated from the toilet, so it's comfy for friends staying together. For us as a family it didn't matter. Everything in the minibar was included in the room price, and I tried the cold brew teas, they were excellent! The breakfast was served in the hotel building next to our hotel, from the same owner. Great buffet, large variety and even marked for allergies! The hotel has a parking area close by, and it's about 10 minutes drive to Taroko visitors center. All in all, I recommend this hotel for short stays, if you are with 3 or 4 kids take the bunk beds room for 6, we really enjoyed it.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered by the hotel catered to the needs of travelers from all over the world. The beautiful east coast could be seen at any time. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

I stayed here in Hualien for one night. The hotel was excellent! The Lakeshore Hotel complex actually consists of three smaller hotels; this one is in a building next to the main complex with facilities, but you can use all of the main hotel's facilities as well. The service is fast and convenient, a safe service. The room was great, very spacious, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable – the softest I've ever stayed in a hotel! The hotel restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food was decent. The swimming pool was fantastic, with a small onsen and sauna. And it's only a 3-minute walk from the beach! Simply amazing! 🥹👍🏻

My first stay at the Lakeshore Hotel was a great experience. Although check-in is self-service, there was a phone next to the check-in machine to contact staff and help us with the process, which was very convenient. The mountain view from the room was beautiful, the room was quiet, and the bed was a bit soft. Free parking is available, and it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are convenience stores, FamilyMart and 7-Eleven, a fresh food supermarket, and snack shops nearby, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay at the Lakeshore Hotel again if I have the chance.

Self-check-in and check-out were handled properly when I called with any issues. The bathroom had a slightly damp smell.

The main reason for wanting to experience a "capsule" hotel was to check it out. My elementary school kids loved it, running around in the bunk beds. The single beds were actually quite large and very new. The room was well-planned and detailed; each room had its own charging port, a small light, a cabinet, and even toiletries! The shared bathroom was very clean. The kitchen was accessible on the first floor, so we went to Qixingtan to buy fish to fry at night – it was fantastic! If you arrive at the hotel early, you can ride bicycles and walk to the beach, where there's a heated swimming pool! In the morning, we played cards in the common area on the first floor while listening to music. 👍

The room's pillows are too soft and the bed is too soft.

The environment is pleasant, clean, and tidy, making it ideal for solo travelers or business trips. Guests staying in backpacker rooms can order a DIY breakfast the following day; it's affordable, easy to prepare, and saves you the hassle of finding a nearby breakfast option.

Located next to Hualien New Town Railway Station, the location offers convenient transportation and easy access to nearby shopping areas. The room is decent, offering a sea view, though not a particularly expansive one. The price is reasonable, and overall it's quite good.
