Sunshine Hot Spring B&B

Because I was going to participate in a boating activity on the Xiuguluan River the next day, I chose this hot spring guesthouse nearby. The room had a high ceiling, making it feel spacious and comfortable. The mini-bar even came with instant noodles and milk. What was special was that there was an outdoor hot spring bath in the room, which was a unique golden hot spring. In the evening, I soaked in the hot spring while listening to the chirping of insects, which was very relaxing for both body and mind! The breakfast the next day was also quite plentiful, very filling and healthy!

The hot spring water was really nice. The minibar service was also good. The breakfast was clean and delicious. However, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Just the hot spring bath alone would make me 200% willing to return.

This is a fantastic B&B. Each room has its own large private hot spring bath – it's clean, has a strong water flow, and is located in Rueisui's most famous "Golden Hot Spring." The room is clean and tidy, with all the amenities you need, including face masks. There's a hiking trail right next to the B&B, so you can easily take a walk. The staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hualien.

The service and explanations were excellent, and the environment was quiet and beautiful.

Finding the location at night requires a bit of effort, but the room's interior design gives a spacious feel while maintaining a good level of privacy. Having access to the onsen (hot spring) in the room was a big plus, and the bathroom is conveniently connected to the onsen room. Breakfast was good, and you can also eat in your room. If you have large luggage, it's easier to carry it through the front door. Parking is located at the back of the guesthouse. Aside from the slightly high price, I was quite satisfied with the accommodation and would recommend it to friends and family.
