The only positive side of the hotel is its exterior appearance, everything else is (is) totally degrading. The entire team is slow, not very affable and completely disconnected. The carpets in the rooms have lots of stains, the dust was uncleaned, the beds (mattresses) are super uncomfortable, the air conditioning works at half gas, clearly showing an urgent need to be cleaned and vacuumed as there are accumulated dust deposits. The hygiene in the bathrooms was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel with mold stains clearly visible in the shower area, the bath water was always cold and it was even necessary to call reception to have the bath towels delivered to the room. . The service at the hotel bar is completely horrible, making it seem like they are doing us a favor!!! The pool is always in the shade (regardless of the time of day). The parking lot at the hotel, which claims to be 4 stars, is on dirt ground, which means that when it rains it is impossible to keep your shoes clean. The breakfast is "reasonable" but first thing in the morning we have loud music as if it were a pub.
