帶父母旅遊，兩瓶水之後要錢。獨門獨院，環境不錯，夏天很合適。房間乾淨，停車寬敞方便，服務也不錯。按金100，洗澡也方便，房屋寬敞。很不錯

位於環州故城景區裏，正對環縣塔。從環縣火車站可以坐6路公交車到達。氣氛很好，夜景也很漂亮。

位置特別好，故城景區裏唯一的酒店，逛景區、看夜景、美食街太方便了。院裏環境也很好，有庭院，有窯洞房，適合拍照。房間內中規中矩，還可以。要吐槽的是前台服務員，面色冷淡，一副拒人千里之外的感覺，讓人很不舒服。

整個客館設計還不錯，衞生也很好，體驗感很好。
二十多年五星級酒店管理者身份給一點點建議，未必適應僅供參考
1浴巾架安裝在淋浴間裏一洗澡毛巾，浴巾都濺濕了，一來兩套都濕了，不方便使用，二來洗澡的人也衹能用濕的，這個設計有問題，可以放在面盆下面加一層隔板，那有空間。
2樓梯口燈光很亮很漂亮，一直到第二天我跑完步回來八點多還在亮，有點費電，酒店經營能源管理很重要，可以考慮從技術角度自動開關燈，管理角度定時間開關燈。
3配備的洗髮水，沐浴液不好打開，我一個大男人折騰半天按的那個沒打開，衹擰開蓋子往出倒，服務於客人開口之前，所有我們配備的時候客房服務員要有服務意識，試試能否方便客人使用，配備的牙刷等小五件包裝已現在不提倡過度浪費資源包裝，可考慮簡單經濟，主流材質。
4園區綠植確實不少，應及時修剪維護。
5WiFi密碼設計在兩瓶水架上面有點不好找，我是找了沒找打電話給前台才知道。
6服務人員沒有主動向客人問好的習慣，酒店不光要有好的硬件設備，還要有好的服務。
我也是家鄉人，本次回去了，看到家鄉發展的還可以，攜程上預訂本客館看評價4.6，能夠做到這一點很不容易，希望你們越來越好。

環境不錯 價格不貴 也有特色。就是前台的服務態度真不敢恭維，沒有經過同意敲了門就直接刷卡進房間，而且隔音特別差，隔壁説話聲電視聲很明顯。

酒店環境非常好，院子裏花草樹木，佈置得很有情調，住在這裏不想走了，哈哈。位置就在景區，逛景區很方便。有機會還會再來。

很有特色的一家民宿酒店，乾淨，環境好，裏環洲故里很近，就在旁邊，走過去5分鐘，也很好找，晚上到的晚給前台打電話很耐心的給講解具體停車和路線
