環境可以，舒適度可以，工作人員也熱情。
但是早餐真得吐槽，用一句話概率:七點半去有的吃，八點去看看有啥能吃，八點半去衹能是去看看！希望早點改善吧！

房間熱水設施真的一般忽冷忽熱，定好了房去開門居然發現上一次的客户還沒退房，那弄的叫一個尷尬，這種事情也能犯，上客房一共三部電梯不知什麼原因一部沒電，一部無法使用，商業加公寓那麼多人那麼多層用一部電梯上下體驗感極差，體驗感真的一般，性價比低

五一前兩天定的“風”大床房，整體感受物有所值吧。
1，離潢川汽車站不遠，方便。
2，訂的這間房不靠大馬路，所以沒感覺吵。
3，21年裝修的，所以整體設施還蠻新的，風格總體結合了中式西式的特點。
4，房間寬敞明亮，衞生條件不錯，玄關區域有專門的洗手區域。淋浴區乾濕分離，有個小陽台放的有整套茶具可供使用。
5，早餐廳比預想的要乾淨，但菜品不多，且衹有中式的炒飯包子雞蛋炒菜，牛奶麪包咖啡果汁等是沒有的。
6，前台服務還算行，就是工作還需要再認真仔細一些。臨走開發票接連開錯三次。
7，唯一有點不滿意的地方就是預訂價格。五一假期可以理解，但不能殺熟漲價。我訂的4.28-5.1，結果辦理入住時發現前台擺出的門市價比預訂的要便宜，且不好退換。心裏不太爽快。
8，總體來講，如果假期出遊，攜家帶口，特別是從外地來對住宿有點講究要求的，選這個問題不大。
