Fortunately, the hotel is in a good location and has many other drawbacks. When I arrived at the hotel after 2 pm, I was told that there were no rooms. I had to wait for more than half an hour before one was cleared. The air conditioning in the room is not good, the hygiene is not good, the facilities are old and the carpet is dirty, there are hairs on the sofa, and the window sill of the balcony is not wiped and is full of dust. The breakfast has few types and tastes average, so it's better to eat something nearby.

I came here to run the Huanggang Marathon. The hotel is very close to the end of the health run. It can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The hotel environment is also very good, reaching a quasi-five-star standard. It is also worth mentioning that the service provided by Manager Wang at the front desk was very good. He even helped us solve the problem when we lost our room card. The service was very standardized and user-friendly.

I rarely comment on hotels, but this is my first time commenting on this hotel. I have to praise it. The hotel facilities are complete, and the front desk staff are really thoughtful. I came here for an exam. The girl at the front desk who checked me in took the initiative to arrange a room with a window facing the back for me. There was no noise at all. The room attendant was also very good. Whatever I needed was immediately delivered to me. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. It was a very pleasant stay.

從湖南去安徽路過黃岡，住一晚，酒店很好找，高速下來都是大路很快就到了，這家麗楓比我們在其他地方住的麗楓要大，明亮，乾淨，房間佈置也很温馨，早餐品種豐富，還有咖啡，牛肉粉都挺好吃。附近有萬達，開車 10 分鐘 還有東外灘那邊飯店很多很好吃，黃岡是一個安靜，乾淨，美麗的城市，消費也不貴，下次再來。

A very good hotel with good hygiene and clean equipment and good sound insulation. It is on the roadside and at an obvious corner. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. They also upgraded the room and purchased Atour membership. There are many breakfast coupons available. Others Atour is also the first choice in the city. Breakfast is also good, including delicious premature shredded pork rice noodles, 👍🏻

AAiqingbabaVery good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. The young lady from Tianjin at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The pagoda park was a few tens of meters away from the door. It only cost 6 yuan to take a taxi from Chibi Dongpo. There was a bus to Huanggang West Station at the door. In short, it was very convenient.

33M_pipiService: The front desk lady is very good, the courier did not note the courier room on the first floor, we can not find it, we took us to get it, we met the courier point closed, know that we are urgent to let the security guard to open the door, check-in and check-out are also very fast;
Hygienic: Overall very clean people, but there are old yellow stains on the toilet. We disinfected and cleaned it and couldn't get it off. Finally, we bought a disposable toilet cover. It is recommended that the hotel prepare a new toilet appliance;
Environment: There is Huangshang Supermarket in 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and there is a free Tashan Park behind it. The overall is very convenient; the location of the hotel is very good, takeaway can be ordered; the high floor scenery is very good, the time is right to see the sunset, very beautiful;
Facilities: There are drying racks on the balcony. This is really good. It is really used for a long business trip!

RRobert RoyIt was good. Staff was helpful, helped me get transportation arranged for daily trips outside. Would have been better if I had known upfront before arriving that the hotel is on National park grounds, and that you need a ticket to get past the front gate to get to the hotel. And that was an extra expense. The beds are a bit hard for my liking. Also, I needed to cut my visit short, but the Jose Steph said that since I’ve booked through Trip.com then I couldn’t get refunded for my unused days.
