great! The heating was sufficient during the winter. I was upgraded to a room when I arrived early. I didn't check out until 2pm, so I had plenty of rest time! Breakfast is great value for money!

1. The service attitude of the staff (from the doorman, the front desk to the restaurant, etc.) is relatively cold, most of them have no smiles, and they are not proactive and enthusiastic. 2. The air conditioning and heating in the room (called executive deluxe room) were insufficient. It was very cold when we first entered the room. It took several hours to turn it on to improve it. I asked the staff to come to work and it was heated up at night (we checked in in the afternoon), and I got another oil tincture. The heater (encountered for the first time in a five-star hotel) raised the temperature a little. The entire hotel is cold, from the lobby to the restaurant. I wonder if it could be due to disrepair? 3. There is a smell in the toilet. 4. What I particularly need to complain about is the breakfast. After staying in the hotel for two nights, the breakfast on the first day had less variety and most of the food was cold. A group came to check in the next day, and the variety was a little richer. When the restaurant waiter clears the table, he throws the table scraps directly to the ground without wiping the table. Breakfast is not as good as a three-star hotel. 4. The overall feeling is that the hotel service, equipment, staff attitude and enthusiasm are not good, and the operation is not standardized. Does not match the level of a five-star hotel.

I came here to run the Huanggang Marathon. The hotel is very close to the end of the health run. It can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The hotel environment is also very good, reaching a quasi-five-star standard. It is also worth mentioning that the service provided by Manager Wang at the front desk was very good. He even helped us solve the problem when we lost our room card. The service was very standardized and user-friendly.

It should be one of the best hotels in Huanggang. The room is spacious and the environment is quiet. The hotel’s hot pot is very delicious😋
