The Spring Festival returned to my hometown to celebrate the New Year. The front desk was very kind. I sent a child's toothbrush and small slippers. I also sent a bag of hotel red envelopes. It happened to be used during the Chinese New Year. Breakfast was OK. The master said that the wontons were all wrapped by themselves. The fried sauce was also fried by yourself, better than prefabricated.

The lighting at the door and the five-pointed ceiling of the lobby felt the warm atmosphere and did not lose the high-end atmosphere.
Room facilities: The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the room is fully furnished, and the room style is comfortable.

AAiqingbabaVery good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

As soon as I entered the room, I could feel its clean and tidy, the bed was flat, there was no wrinkle, the bathroom was spotless, and there was no smell at all. The facilities have nothing to say, the TV is HD, the channels are super, so that I can relax in my leisure; the air conditioning effect is great, and the noise is very small. The hotel is also equipped with a complete set of toiletries and the quality is good. From the lobby to the guest rooms, the hotel's care for health and facilities maintenance is highlighted everywhere. Next time you come to Huangmei, you will definitely choose here!

33M_pipiService: The front desk lady is very good, the courier did not note the courier room on the first floor, we can not find it, we took us to get it, we met the courier point closed, know that we are urgent to let the security guard to open the door, check-in and check-out are also very fast;
Hygienic: Overall very clean people, but there are old yellow stains on the toilet. We disinfected and cleaned it and couldn't get it off. Finally, we bought a disposable toilet cover. It is recommended that the hotel prepare a new toilet appliance;
Environment: There is Huangshang Supermarket in 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and there is a free Tashan Park behind it. The overall is very convenient; the location of the hotel is very good, takeaway can be ordered; the high floor scenery is very good, the time is right to see the sunset, very beautiful;
Facilities: There are drying racks on the balcony. This is really good. It is really used for a long business trip!

CChinaBobIt was good. Staff was helpful, helped me get transportation arranged for daily trips outside. Would have been better if I had known upfront before arriving that the hotel is on National park grounds, and that you need a ticket to get past the front gate to get to the hotel. And that was an extra expense. The beds are a bit hard for my liking. Also, I needed to cut my visit short, but the Jose Steph said that since I’ve booked through Trip.com then I couldn’t get refunded for my unused days.
