設施：新裝修，套房卧室居然沒有配電視機。智能調試不到位，小杜接收指令有回覆，但設施不執行。例如：關閉窗簾後打不開；燈具按鍵不對位還失靈。 衞生：衞生打掃不到位，幾桌上有積灰，最大的問題是馬桶清理不乾淨，有污漬遺留。 環境：酒店臨河，河邊公園不錯。 服務：前台服務有微笑，但處理問題有推諉。如缺電視機遙控器，反應了説是電視機無網絡，要等網絡公司檢查。可是我居然用手機遙控軟件看上了電視節目，再次反應情況才送來電視機遙控器。
