Perfect stay at J.Mountain for family trip. Available in Trip.com. Our stay period in summer season (consider off peak?). Prior to stay, the staff are very prompt in helpful Q and A. Services are exceedingly good, excellent and accomodating. All staff are friendly, approachable, and careful to details. Sharing local culture and history, and place of interest. Outstanding concierge service. Our stay include Tea appreciation, sumptuous dinner (2 choices), and hearty breakfast (2 choices). We were given complimentary drinks at bar, and alternative dishes to met dietary requirement. Very useful that hotel provide Hotel-Train station transfer. service, and other short distance ride to Huangshan hiking entrance (saved a lot of time). Staff helped us booked our Cableway tickets which saved us time to queue for tickets and avoid buying wrong tickets. Very spacious open concept, clean and modern room and furnishings like king size bed, large Sofa, round Table TV. Balcony with lush tranquillity view of nature full of mountainous greenery and waterfall. Sound of nature (cicada) and fortunately room comes with good sound proofing sliding door. Bath tub, shower area, and WC with build in sensor and biget spray. Standard Amenities are provided. Electric source is China 2-pin 3-pin plug standard and USB. Hotel is located within the Huangshan park (?). Saving us time in getting clearance at Park security office as the Driver brought us through the security checks with ease. We felt like VIP. Hotel is a short drive away to nearest cableway (called ‘hot spring’ cableway etc.). Do bring rain coat as weather up in the mountain is unpredictable. It rained when we reached up at ‘Yuping’ cableway. Hotel staff offered us rain coat. We have a skilful driver to transport us safely form our Hotel-Train station transfer.

J. Moutain Hotel has excellent service and hotel facility, it was best top 5 international hotel standard that I ever stay in. Great service and location as well.

Truly amazing! Great services. This hotel is worth the steep price. It is a work of art and the service is impeccable. The room is designed with low key luxury style and has stunning views. It is very close to the cable cart to yellow mountain. The best experience I have ever had - not your typical big chain high end hotels.

Our stay at the J. Mountain hotel was beyond our wildest dreams. I rarely leave reviews but our 3 nights here were so stunningly exceptional that we felt driven to express our gratitude and appreciation for the stellar staff, service, and beautiful setting of this hidden gem of a hotel. The service was without exception some of the best if not the best I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I travel often, having visited over 20 countries in the last few years alone and stayed at many beautiful and well-known five-star hotels and brands. Despite being a very young hotel (having just opened in September) J. Mountain Hotel holds its own and then some. It began months before our stay when we reached out to the hotel on WeChat to ask for guidance on equipment, tickets, and transportation. As we are visiting from America the area isn’t necessarily the easiest to access or plan for. Responses were almost immediate no matter when we reached out and always went above and beyond. For instance, my mother is nearly 70 and although very active was worried about slipping and falling while hiking in icier conditions; they offered to even purchase crampons for us should we wish although they advised us we would not need them for the time of year we were here (they were right). While here their thoughtfulness included texting us updates on and warning us about inclement weather while we were hiking around Huang Shan (there is cell service), drying and fluffing our wet gear when we returned from a particularly wet hike, and most astounding of all resolving an incredibly stressful issue we had with an upcoming flight that had been canceled (they suggested and secured alternative means of transport to a second city and then arranged for a different flight with the airline directly). We must specifically give our thanks to Hotel Manager Ryan, who is young but clearly extremely talented and excels in his role. He not only oversaw and proactively sought to help us on every front but was responsible for resolving our flight emergency. He also clearly had directed staff to help us to their utmost ability at all times, including having breakfast and dinner ready for and served to us at the times we requested. Ryan also personally met us and gave us a tour of the hotel and its history and design, as well as accompanied us to the art gallery and an evening tea tasting held in the gorgeous tea house on the grounds. He checked in with us every day and night and made sure everything was to our liking. Driver Wang Kai was our personal chauffer throughout the stay and was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive; he was always there to pick us up and see us off at multiple locations throughout our trip and not once were we ever allowed to wait. He even brought us hotel slippers and large down jackets to change into out of our soaking wet gear when picking us up at the end of a hike. When we said we did not think we would need some of the gear they offer their guests, we noticed he packed it in the car just in case we changed our minds and needed them later. I could literally go on and on but wanted to make sure I left room to appreciate how beautiful the hotel itself is and how much attention to detail has gone into its design and planning; at almost every turn we discovered something that added to the ease, enjoyment, and comfort of our stay. J. Mountain Hotel, thank you for one of the best experiences we have had in many, many years.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and very generous. The view of the room was breathtaking. The decoration of the hotel is very modern and chic.

Exceptional service, hotel arranged a car to drop us off at our next hotel over an hour away. Would also highly recommend the tea tasting.

The hotel is located in Huangshan Scenic Area. You need to send a car to pick you up at the foot of the mountain. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and water. The mountain is Huangshan and the water is Taohua Creek. Walking in Taohua Creek, you can fully relax. The accommodation environment of the hotel is simple and clean, and the food is delicious.

Very good 👍, stayed for two nights. Beautiful environment, rich breakfast, no repetition. There is also a special car to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel and attractions. Thank you for your hard work, Brother Wu. There is also a laundry and drying service, which is great. In short, it was a very good experience.

The room is spacious, the facilities are new, the balcony is great, and you can see the Tiandu Peak in the distance, which is full of spring scenery. The environment around the hotel is great. Even during the peak holiday travel season, you can still enjoy the silence and beauty of the entire mountain forest. The location of the hotel is great, and you can avoid the congested area to the South Gate. There are cars to pick you up and drop you off at Yuping or Yungu Cableway, which saves effort and time, and is very friendly to the elderly and children. All the service staff are well-trained, warm and thoughtful. I think the snowy days should have a different charm, and I will come again next time.

Before departure, I added the WeChat of the hotel housekeeper Wang Ling. The lady was enthusiastic and attentive, and everything was arranged properly. When I came out of Huangshan North Station by high-speed rail, the hotel driver had been waiting in the basement in advance. After contacting by phone, I learned that the suitcase was a bit heavy, so he took the initiative to run up from the basement to pick us up. It took 40 to 50 minutes to drive to the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel courtyard, I was in a cultural magnetic field: the green landscape courtyard, the original ink paintings hanging on the wall, and the decorations in the hotel, all showed the artist's aesthetic skills. There is a tea room in the hotel, with an excellent location, gurgling streams outside, and the lady indoors is superb in flower art and tea art, and will also improvise to explain the philosophy of tea ceremony. Walk out of the tea room and stroll through the hotel landscape courtyard. There is a different world, and I strolled for more than half an hour. After nightfall, I opened the balcony door, and the natural white noise lullaby of the mountain stream waterfall came to my ears. This kind of artistic conception of harmony between man and nature instantly dissipated the fatigue brought by the city. The toiletries in the room are Ferragamo, and the breakfast and dinner taste good. On the second day, we traveled to Huangshan with light luggage and left our luggage at the hotel. The driver sent us to the entrance of Yuping Cableway and gave us hiking poles and anti-slip spikes. On the third day, we watched the sunrise and went down the mountain. Before going up the Yungu Cableway, we contacted the hotel to send our luggage. The driver sent us down the mountain and gave us souvenirs. It was so thoughtful! I will definitely visit again next time I come to Huangshan! I have recommended it to my friends. If you want to save time and effort, stay here!

This is the fourth time I visited Huangshan, with my family of four. For convenience, I stayed at Shuisongshishan House. It exceeded my expectations. 1. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Yuping Cableway. The picture below was taken on the balcony. 2. Free pick-up and drop-off at Huangshan North, GL8, and I changed the time of going down the mountain twice. It's so convenient. 3. It's rare to have such a hotel and dining in the hot spring. All five points, I will come again next time!

Facilities: All facilities are complete and the rooms are very new Sanitation: Clean and tidy Environment: The hotel is halfway up the mountain, close to the mountain stream, and the air is fresh Service: The hotel service is very good There are too many tourists coming to Huangshan this time, and the waiting time for playing in the mountain is long, and the experience is not good. But the environment around the hotel surprised me. I took a tour along the mountain stream and it gave me a very amazing feeling. I feel that it has a different flavor compared to the scenery on the mountain The Chinese dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel are slightly monotonous, and the taste is OK. It is recommended to enrich it
