Elong Anyue Hotel (Huangshan Scenic Area South Gate Transfer Center)

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the environment was very clean. We arrived late at night from Hangzhou, and a gentleman greeted us so warmly, which left a great impression of Huangshan! We really enjoyed our stay and the food this time, very satisfied. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance~ Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent

The hotel is new and very clean, and the room is spacious. The front desk service was excellent. As soon as I entered, they helped me with my luggage, upgraded my room for free, and even gave me some local Huangshan specialties. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the South Gate, running every ten minutes from 7 AM to 7 PM, which is super convenient. They also offer a shared car service to Huangshan North Station – truly comprehensive! Because I was hiking Huangshan the next day, the front desk attendant thoughtfully gave me a hiking map. When I returned, the hotel was directly across from the Tangkou Ling bus stop, so I could head straight back to rest after my hike. I'm very satisfied.

The room was upgraded to a bed measuring 2.2m + 1.35m. There was also a little deer in the room. My son wasn't interested, so I played with it instead. The hotel also gave us some Huangshan sesame cakes, which were delicious. The only thing I was unhappy with was the breakfast.

The hotel offers shared rides to and from the high-speed rail station, costing 35 RMB per person during the day and 40 RMB at night. We weren't aware of this beforehand and ended up paying 140 RMB for a taxi from the North High-Speed Rail Station. There's a decent restaurant nearby that offers an 8.5% discount for hotel guests. The hotel staff were very warm and attentive; they even upgraded us to a family room for free. When the screen mirroring in the room was a bit spotty, the staff promptly helped resolve the issue. They also quickly sent an auntie (staff member) when we needed assistance. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: The environment is great. Service: Attentive. They offered a welcome gift upon arrival, which was a very warm and thoughtful touch. The hygiene conditions were excellent, and the facilities were brand new. I had a very comfortable stay, and the food was also quite good.

The room was nice and odor-free. The location is excellent, with plenty of food and drink options nearby, as well as places to buy hiking gear and even foot massages. Overall, I think the hotel offers good value for money.
