MisooHi Secret Land Homestay (Huangshan Scenic Area)

On a business trip to Anhui, I planned to hike Huangshan Mountain over the weekend. I arrived at the hotel on a snowy Friday night, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. They helped me with my luggage, turned on the heater, and even added me on WeChat – truly excellent service. I booked a room with a private courtyard this time. Seeing the snow fall at night was a lovely surprise for someone like me who lives in Guangzhou. The hotel has a restaurant, and you can choose to dine there or have food delivered to your room. My room had a bar, and on such a cold day, I didn't feel like going out, so I just asked the staff to bring the meal to my room. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the Huangshan Scenic Area transfer center, which is very convenient.

Excellent! The front desk service was very thoughtful and helpful with all sorts of issues, always ready to answer any questions. 😊 It would be even better if the breakfast selection were more diverse! Plus, they offer a shuttle service to the Huangshan entrance.

Stayed for two nights, and the service was excellent. They even helped me with my luggage to the room. The environment is lovely, and the building's architecture is quite unique. Plus, there's a pool for summer! If I get the chance to return, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel's decor is unique and beautiful, really stands out. I found every staff member to be excellent, especially the two guys at the front desk. Once you've added them on WeChat, they'll do their best to help with any requests you have. I remember coming back from climbing Huangshan one evening, and when I went to the front desk to pick up my room key, the lady working told us she had already turned on the heating for us. Stepping into a warm room after being out in the cold was truly a wonderful feeling. What's more, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained in all aspects. My friend and I both agreed we'd definitely stay here again on our next visit!

On the morning of my check-in, the front desk contacted me to ask about my arrival time and whether I needed airport transfer or a parking space. They also arranged transportation to and from the scenic area's transfer point for my hiking trip. The room was quite spacious, though the soundproofing could be an issue if there's a lot of noise nearby. On my check-out day, I asked the front desk to arrange a car for me, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience.
