Dieshang Orchid Hotel (Huangshan Tunxi Old Street Branch)

Out of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, Huangshan Butterfly Orchid Hotel was definitely the best. We booked two twin rooms, and they kindly upgraded us for free and even gave us four complimentary breakfast vouchers. The rooms were spacious, bright, comfortable, tidy, and spotless, with excellent facilities and amenities. Our stay was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, and we slept wonderfully. Five-star rating, and I've got pictures to prove it!

I booked this room for my family, and they were very satisfied! The location is quite convenient, just a few minutes' drive from the old town. The environment is unique; the lobby's decor blends some Huizhou architectural styles and features several thoughtfully designed photo spots. The front desk staff were a real plus—they proactively helped my elderly family members with their luggage and enthusiastically recommended local delicacies and places to explore in the city, providing detailed and engaging information. Breakfast was decent, leaning towards a Chinese style. The dried bamboo shoot noodles were particularly memorable. Overall, for the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money!

I escaped from the crowded Huashan Hotel with the extremely loud noise of low-level groups to this Dieshang Hotel. Unexpectedly, it was quiet at night, the room was dry, and the wooden floor was laid without the smell of damp carpet. The front desk was enthusiastic and called to communicate the check-in time. After the check-in, they also gave breakfast time suggestions to avoid the meal time of the tour group. There were small gifts in the room, and many bottles of drinking water, which was considerate. After checking out, they also sent a little snack, which made the guests feel warm. The only flaw was the breakfast. There were no vegetables and fruits, but it was not completely absent (there were fried bean sprouts and cut pears). Everything else was good.

Before arriving, the staff called us with a friendly and gentle voice, carefully asking us if we had any special needs. Then, a text message came, clearly arranging the parking space. Help upgrade the room type when checking in! When they left, the children received local snacks and were very happy. Every move shows professionalism and dedication. I will come again next time!

The service is less than 5 points. It is indeed as other guests have said, better than expected, and the hotel is very humane and considerate of customers. It not only provides customers with the greatest convenience but also emotional value. It was a pleasant day at Dieshang. Next time I come to Huangshan, I will definitely stay at Dieshang! !

A hotel worth recommending in Huangshan City. The rooms are clean and tidy, not far from the old street. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is very convenient for self-driving. The two waiters at the front desk have a good attitude and enthusiastically introduced many local specialties.

Environment: Nice environment, quiet at night, comfortable sleep Service: Great service, they will call to confirm the order and needs after booking, pet-friendly, all needs are solved as soon as possible, very efficient, and extra disposable items are given, which is a treatment not available in other places. The hotel's breakfast is delicious, I like the freshly cooked noodles, which suits my taste very well, and the overall experience is very good. I will stay here again next time I pass by.
