This homestay is great. Clean, extraordinary rooms with a unique, fantastic view on the mountain. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful. They give great advice on hiking tours, waterfalls etc. Definitely recommend this place when going to Huangshan!

As a group of foreigners, we had a remarkable stay at Kuanxinge. The property itself is an inviting, traditional Chinese homestay with comfortable rooms and communal spaces. With a dreamy backdrop of the Yellow Mountains, this is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. The owners – who are extremely accommodating and kind – helped us to plan our entire trip based on their expert local knowledge; we went wild swimming, white-water rafting and hiking among the many activities that they recommended. The owners drove us to many of these places for free and even created an English-language playlist for the journeys we took together. At the property itself, we were invited to do a cook-your-own barbecue (featuring freshly prepared meat skewers and local beers) and enjoyed nights of karaoke with songs in both English and Chinese. The delicious home-cooked food is available to order 24/7, and reflects the culinary traditions of the region. We would strongly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting the area. It is extremely affordable, welcoming and a great break from the stresses of everyday life. Thank you for a great holiday!

Fabulous homestay. Family is very welcoming and the wife is a fantastic cook! Had a great time exploring nearby Yellow Mountain. If you contact ahead, the host will pick you up from the bus station nearby. They even drove us to the gates of the attractions we wished to visit. So accommodating! But they cannot speak English.

Stuff was extremely nice, they were cooking for us even at midnight and the food was amazing! The location is quite nice, deep in the forest with bamboo around. It was far from the city but hotel stuff gave us lift to the entrance of Huangshan mountains and picked up after we came down. The room is quite specious and with a nice view. The only problem is that there were a lot of bugs inside which impossible to get rid of even when you close the balcony door. All the rest is amazing!

Traveling on May Day, it is rare to find such a quiet place in the crowded holiday, which is very pleasant. I strongly recommend the stilt house type, the scenery is amazing, you can see the Lotus Peak, Tiandu Peak and Guangmingding from the window, in the early morning and after the rain, the mountains are shrouded in clouds and mist, the scenery is beautiful ~ The room is also very clean. There are also family rooms where you can cook by yourself. Behind the house is the boss's tea garden. The children and the elderly happily experienced tea picking. The boss will help send the picked tea to the tea frying place in the town for processing, and only charge a little processing fee. The swimming pool in front of the door is drawn from mountain spring water. I am looking forward to taking my children to vacation again in the summer. The children can let themselves go in the swimming pool and cool off in the summer. There are also places to fish nearby. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring a fishing rod. The hotel is very close to the Emerald Valley and Jiulong Waterfall. The boss will drive you when you go out. If you don’t drive yourself, the boss will contact the time before you arrive and pick you up in the town. The boss’s family is very enthusiastic. I must praise the boss’s wife’s cooking skills. The stinky mandarin fish is the best I have ever eaten. The children almost fell in love with this dish. The breakfast variety is also very rich. I had a birthday in the hotel. The boss specially cooked birthday noodles + poached eggs for me, which is very considerate. People who love wine must try the multi-grain wine brewed in the boss’s wine cellar. When we left, we brought 10 kilograms of 15-year-old wine. We are still looking forward to the boss opening the jar of 20-year-old wine in October. The hotel has a mahjong room and a leisure tea room upstairs where you can drink tea, write calligraphy, and KTV. It is very suitable for a group of friends, family, and both the elderly and children to play. When we checked in this time, the room was full, and there were many foreign tourists staying. The homestay is located in a village near the Emerald Valley. The white Hui-style building is backed by green mountains and there is a tea garden behind it. Walking forward is a clear water system, and the dog is having fun. The room has a good view, and you can see several peaks of Huangshan Mountain. I sat on the swing for a long time on a rainy day. The boss is humorous and talkative, and he picked us up and dropped us off at the scenic spot. The boss's wife is generous and capable, and she cooks well. Most of the ingredients are produced by herself and taste very good. There is also a cute and delicate little girl. Living here is like living in your own home.

I stayed in Kuanxin Pavilion for two nights. It was really comfortable and relaxing. The boss and his wife were super nice. No matter how early you get there, they would prepare breakfast for you. The scenic area pick-up was very good. The service was meticulous and thoughtful. You could sing songs together. The environment was also very quiet. There were only natural sounds, chickens crowing and dogs barking, and fireworks. You could have a good rest. You could see the mountains when you opened the door and window. You could also look at the peak of Huangshan. It was refreshing. I will come again next time...

The B&B is at the foot of Huangshan Mountain. The owner's main business is to build ancient buildings. He built his own B&B to be simple, grand and comfortable. The proprietress is a good cook. Braised grouper, chicken soup, pork leg, bacon and bamboo shoots, tofu and fish head soup are all praised! You can drink tea, write calligraphy, do sketches, karaoke, **, and you can also go to the back mountain to pick Huangshan Maofeng tea. The owner will tell you the travel strategy and how to play. He will even drive you to the entrance of Jiulong Waterfall Scenic Area in a Mercedes-Benz and help you find a parking space. It's really warm and thoughtful. I want to come again.

The boss is very talkative and nice. We are all satisfied. The breakfast is good, the room is clean and has a nice view. You can directly see Huangshan Tiandu Peak. Although it is a little far from the scenic area, the boss will drive us in and out. If there is no car when we go back, he will also help arrange a driver.

I booked this homestay by chance when I came to Huangshan during the Qingming Festival. I didn't expect to be surprised. The advantages are as follows: 1. The environment of the homestay is good, and the mountains and rivers are very beautiful; 2. The rooms are spacious and clean, even the standard rooms are very large; 3. The boss and the boss's wife have a good service attitude and are very enthusiastic to introduce the food, drink and entertainment in Huangshan; 4. Although it is a certain distance from the Huangshan scenic area and the transfer center, the boss drives for free throughout the whole journey, which is also very convenient; 5. There is a warm breakfast every morning. There are also a few suggestions: 1. The hot water in the room is a bit slow, it takes about ten minutes, and the water temperature is not high enough; 2. The sound insulation is a bit not very good, and the movement upstairs can be heard clearly.

The location is a certain distance from the South Gate of Huangshan, but the boss will pick you up, which is still very convenient. The boss is talkative and introduces many precautions, which is practical. The environment of the homestay is good, and the room you stay in can directly see the Guangmingding of Huangshan. I like it. However, the meal fee is relatively expensive compared to Huangshan Tunxi Old Street, but of course the taste is good, and the price is acceptable during the Spring Festival. It is recommended to stay in the stilt house room.

The boss is very nice. We checked in. The boss didn't ask us to drive to the south gate of Huangshan because it was difficult to park. The boss drove us there and came back to pick us up. The service is very good, because it is really difficult to get a taxi. Fortunately, this hotel can pick you up and drop off the inn for free. We entered a village - Shancha Village, which seemed to be very close to Emerald Valley. It must have been built by the owner's family. It has a large area, large rooms, sufficient air conditioning and heating, and relatively complete facilities. Although there is no hot water for bathing, the Anhui-style mountain courtyard is quiet and cool, and it is very suitable for rest! The wooden beams, gray tiles and white walls are full of Jiangnan atmosphere. The boss's house has catering, but unfortunately I didn't get to eat the main meal at her house. The breakfast was simple and elegant, including white porridge, fermented rice cakes, steamed buns and side dishes. There is a large balcony in front of the 270-degree room. If the weather is warmer, it would be great to have a barbecue on the terrace! But there will be bugs. After all, you are really in a forest with mountains at your back. Those who are afraid of bugs should be careful. In fact, they all have screens, which is already very good~ Here is a small suggestion: B&Bs can establish connections between guests, for example, create a small group of guests who stay at the same time, so that guests can choose to increase their friendship and travel together. First, it can unify the pick-up and drop-off times for guests, saving pick-up and drop-off costs; second, it provides emotional connection, increases the atmosphere of the B&B, and increases the return rate of guests. I'm so envious of such a beautiful courtyard in the mountains and forests. I will stay there next time I go to Huangshan. .
