Absolutely terrible! A really bad check-in experience. 1. The Wi-Fi forces you to join their membership, otherwise, you can't use it! 2. It took ages for the shower water to even get lukewarm, and it's winter now! 3. Bottled water costs extra, and the free water is just purified water – I couldn't believe it. 4. The faucets were incredibly stiff, like they were welded shut! And the sink stopper was the old-fashioned manual pull-up kind, something even young people might not have seen before. 5. The bathroom didn't even have a door, and the trash can in the restroom was a manual flip-top! 6. The mattress was concave in the middle, sagged from being used too much... On the positive side, the staff service was quite good. The security guard at the entrance helped me find a parking spot and guided me while I was backing up, warning me about a pond. There was no power in the bedside outlet, but the electrician fixed it very promptly. I'm writing this detailed review mainly because I'm afraid I'll forget later. It's a reminder to myself not to book a Wanda-affiliated hotel again.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive; you can tell the staff really put their hearts into it! It was a perfect stopover during our road trip, and we had a wonderful night. The hotel's location is excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The best hotel in Huangshi. Very clean and modern interior design, super friendly staff. The crossstreet shopping center is definitely a huge plus where I can take my daughter to the kid playground and shop at many major brands.lots of chain store restaurants. Night time plaza dancing in so many different groups of people, young and old, female and male, amazing and everyone is welcome to join for free. I also hosted two large groups of family party at the hotel's restaurant. Decent food and service.

I generally have a good impression of Wanda hotels. I've stayed at Wanda Realm hotels in other cities before when I went to concerts, and I loved the scent of their toiletries—they smelled wonderful. I even bought some online afterward. Environment: The hotel's overall environment is nice. It's right next to Wanda Plaza, and although it's surrounded by a bustling area, the hotel is a standalone building, so it's not noisy at all, and the rooms are very soundproof. Facilities: The facilities are fairly complete, but unfortunately, my room didn't have a refrigerator, so the fruit and cakes I bought couldn't be kept fresh. Also, I don't understand why Wanda hotels don't allow the use of garbage bags! Many hotels have their own rules and management preferences, but they usually provide garbage bags, and whether or not to use them is up to individual choice. Service: The staff are very service-oriented and efficient. They were especially friendly. My child left their tablet at the hotel, and a staff member called to inform me and even kindly assisted a SF Express deliveryman to return it to me. I was very grateful. The small gifts and Huangshigang cakes given upon check-out were particularly thoughtful. I think these local cultural and local specialty gifts or snacks are very considerate and meaningful. You can feel the hotel's corporate culture, as well as its dedication and craftsmanship in promoting Huangshi's cultural characteristics. I especially want to commend the hotel's breakfast. The restaurant was spotless, the rims of the cups were almost completely intact, and the glassware was impeccably clean, without a single fingerprint. While the variety of food wasn't extensive, the taste was excellent. As a Chinese person, I naturally love carbs! They had fried noodles, soup noodles, and cold noodles, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The room was clean and tidy, and it's conveniently located next to Wanda Plaza for dining and shopping. The receptionist, Jiamin, provided excellent service. It's a very good hotel, and they even upgraded my room. I'm very satisfied!

Upon checking into the hotel, I realized I had two pieces of clothing with me that urgently needed washing, and I was worried I wouldn't have time to wash them before heading out the next morning. Xiao Long, the receptionist, understood my situation and immediately helped coordinate. To my surprise, the clothes were delivered to my room by 7 or 8 pm. Xiao Long's efficiency perfectly solved my big problem, leaving me incredibly grateful. I had thought the time pressure would cause delays, but Xiao Long's actions provided a wonderfully satisfactory solution. I sincerely commend Xiao Long's thoughtful service; having such staff at the Jia Hua Hotel is undoubtedly a blessing for every guest, adding a bright touch to my stay!

The hotel is quite good, the gorgeous lady at the front desk has a good service attitude, the surrounding area is convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, and the room is comfortable and hygienic.

Xu Guangming's reception was very friendly, and his work was very organized and clear. The service was also in place. The hotel has complete facilities, cleanliness, high-end environment and considerate service. And you can delay check-out until 15:00 pm

The breakfast is rich in variety, as well as local food specialties. The most recommended one is the dinner set menu for two. The dishes are delicious, delicious and reasonably priced. The disadvantage is that there is road construction outside the hotel, making it inconvenient to get in and out.
