首先,客房的衞生情況令人失望。我發現床單和枕套上有污跡,浴室的地板也很臟。此外,房間的空調吹的頭疼,導致我整晚都無法入睡。我對於酒店管理人員沒有及時解決這個問題感到非常失望。
