From the moment we arrived, our child was completely captivated by the hotel's DIY marshmallow service. Making their own marshmallows was a huge hit, and they tasted absolutely delicious! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of a bustling commercial district. There's a wide variety of delicious food options just downstairs, and it's super close to the subway station. This meant we could easily pop back to the hotel for a rest whenever we got tired from sightseeing. And the service was top-notch too.

The whole family went to Guilin for the New Year, passing through Changsha. We got off the train at 7 o'clock in the morning on the 22nd and took a taxi directly to the hotel. Because it was not the normal check-in time, but there were both elderly and children accompanying us, we discussed with the girl at the front desk whether we could open a room first, so that we could wash and rest for a while. Unexpectedly, the girl (unfortunately I forgot to look at the girl's work card) not only met my various needs, but also considered it carefully and arranged two rooms next to each other (61328 and 61301). I was very satisfied and especially thanked the girl who checked in! After checking in, the housekeeper Xiao Luo on the same floor was equally enthusiastic and sincere. She took the initiative to add WeChat, provided services in a timely and convenient manner, and sent delicious Tremella soup in the evening. Huatian also has a constant temperature swimming pool that my son likes. The water is clear, and the girl Xiao Guo in the swimming pool also provides thoughtful services everywhere. It is an old five-star hotel. Although the interior decoration and facilities are relatively old, the service level and hygiene guarantee can make up for it, making the guests feel warm and comfortable! Next time, I will still choose Huatian!

   更讓我感動的是，當我提出希望換一個更高樓層的房間時，她立即協調，並在短時間內幫我安排妥當。退房時，她還貼心地詢問入住體驗。這種細緻入微的服務態度，在當今酒店行業中實屬難得。
