Good hotel in the old quarter. It’s kinda old, but still comfortable and clean. Great city view, and one the tallest buildings in the city. Breakfast has a lot of dishes with good cityview on the 13th floor. Receptionists speaks English very well (Ms Nhung & Ms Phucng). The hotel is located onear the walking street, wich becomes crowdy and noisy, but this affects any hotel in this area. Anyway, we could sleep well, sound isolation is pretty well. We enjoyed the stay!

Service: friendly and helpful staff, 24-hour front desk for assistance anytime Facilities: Moonshine Spa, offering a variety of treatments and packages for relaxation. An indoor and possibly outdoor swimming pool. Fitness center for workouts. A kids' club, which is great for families.

Facilities: OK, a little old. Hygiene: OK Environment: Good location, located on the pedestrian street, not far from Jiangbei and the pier, Service: Very good 👍. Food: Rich buffet breakfast with Vietnamese characteristics.

The service attitude is very good, but there is a bar next door that is open until three or four in the morning, so some rooms will be affected by noise. It's very loud before 12 o'clock. After 12 o'clock, if the door of the bar is opened, it will be louder, but the door will be opened frequently, so... everything else is okay. In some room types, the headrest of the bed is made of a material similar to carpet, which easily produces odors. On the contrary, rooms with low-grade wooden beds are better.

I've picked this hotel before and had a good stay here. I originally booked the Signature Suite only because the Deluxe King River view was fully booked on several hotel booking platforms and i really wanted to stay here again. But found it too big (you can hold a big meeting in there) and too posh for just one person and would have been a complete waste of space on just one person alone. So I asked the reception Ms. Thao and Ms. Ly if there had any deluxe king river view room. And the 2 ladies were very accommodating to my requests... at the time I sure they were quite puzzled but were very pleasant and gracious nonetheless. And just nice too, because I learned that the very next day the larger room I had booked was home to a bigger group of guests... it was the right choice made to ask for a smaller room for myself. The location is excellent. Bed and pillows just the way I like it. Shower water pressure was strong. Good breakfast selection, great views, super clean and bright. Which is why i chose to stay in the Moonlight as my 2019 stay was simply amazing. Book early if you want rooms because the rooms with the river view do sell out fast though. Just right for all sorts of travellers who was a good stay in Hué.

The staff were amazing organised a special gift for my wife's birthday great service overall. We were in a great part of town walking distance to bars and shops, swimming pool is great views in the dining room are spectacular, Rooms were comfortable. thankyou.

We really liked this hotel for our two-night stay, room was quite sufficient with a little table and 2 chairs (which you don't always find in smaller hotel rooms), and the staff was great, especially Thai Nam - very helpful and sweet! We would stay there again.
