Stayed for 3 nights. Flexible check-in and incredibly friendly staff. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and close to many popular attractions and restaurants.

The room is located in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. There's an elevator. The only downside is that the room is a bit cramped. If you're staying for several days with a large suitcase, it's almost impossible to fit in, but it's fine for one person. The soundproofing is quite poor; I could hear the alarm clock from the next room for an hour before it went off. Another drawback is that there are no slippers provided.

It's a small hotel but has an elevator, so you don't have to tire yourself out carrying your luggage up and down the stairs. The actual room looks smaller and older than in the picture, which is normal for a small hotel. The owner is very helpful.

Location was good as not far from the main tourist area. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Yan. She loves a chat😊. Good eateries nearby like Nook and Mingles for breakfast. You have to take off shoes outside but they provide slippers. I used my own. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Water bottles provided every day. I didn't quite understand why the wardrobe was right against the bed so in order to hang clothes one had to climb on the bed. There was plenty of space at the other end . Otherwise very good .
