When I book my room few months ago, I have a special request for the hotel not to offer me a room in the end of the hallway, but too bad, when I arrived and check in, they give me a room in the end of the hallway,  I was so FCUKING MAD, at the end they offered me another room with better location. It’s a FCUKING DISABLED ROOM. Will never book this **** HOLE again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel that lives up to our expectations of a five start hotel! It’s artistic, aesthetic, new and super clean. I loved every bit of our stay! The room is super spacious, and we got complimentary mochi which was delicious. The staff are incredible friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities offer everything you need: spa and sauna, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, etc. It’s a perfect blend of Vietnamese and French style, I can highly recommend Silk Path grand hotel to whoever that wants a luxurious and relaxing stay.

First of all, this hotel is a piece of art. The interior is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are also beautiful, you won’t stop taking pictures of the interior. The bed was super comfortable. Has an ATM across the street. The location was very good for exploring both the citadel and the tomb, however it is slightly far from the walking street and boat. There are some areas of to watch out for. The pool was cold and not suitable for swimming. The gym also closes at around 9 pm, which is quite early. The sauna is quite hidden. The shower curtain was old and had a smell. The bathrobe had some dirty spots. The breakfast was OK, very healthy, but I found a long string of hair in a chicken plate, which as upsetting.

Amazing Hotel. Good location, very clean, restaurant had great quality & tasty food. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Hotel has an amazing outdoor pool, felt like I was at a resort.

We arrive to and leave Hue by train and, as this hotel is within short walking distance, it was a top choice. It is beautiful, stylish and high class.

Heritage style and lovely pool. Good breakfast. Only downside is the thin walls - you can hear what people say in the next room!

The French garden style is absolutely beautiful. We received welcome drinks upon check-in and our luggage was delivered to our room. Breakfast was plentiful. There were even local socialites taking photos in the hotel coffee shop.

Breakfast was delicious, and the service was great, but the room was a bit small.

overall a good hotel. Nicely located close to train station en the palace. Rooms are not that big, but good bed, tv, and bathroom. Although the shower is in the bathtub. But the rooms are noisy, you hear the people next door talking and moving furniture. But if they act normal no issue. Nice little pool wilt sun beds. The garden well taken care of. All staff very helpfull and speak good English.

The staff's attitude was very strong and unpleasant.

Good location

This has been our favourite place to stay in Vietnam. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They have 2 restaurants, one for western food and one for Vietnamese cuisine. We ate all our meals in the Vietnamese restaurant & the food was the best we have had. The building is 107 years and was refurbished 8 years ago. It is pristine. I could not recommend any hotel more highly than this. Absolutely beautiful.

Excellent service and very helpful! Definitely will stay again!
