Staff is always helpful and friendly. This is my favorite hotel to stay in Hue.

Friendly staff. Quiet location.

Very typical and exquisite French style

Overall it's pretty good

The hotel is located near to the important historical buildings of Ho Chi Min City which are at walking distance. The service is good and staff are friendly. Room sizes are a bit cramped. It is mostly visited by government officials. Breakfast has a huge spread of menu.

This hotel offered everything we needed: great location, helpful staff, lots of in-room amenities and everything in good working order. No breakfast yet, due to re-opening after Covid closures, but the staff gave us lots of ideas for great places to eat. Highly recommend.

Good place to stay. Exact check-in time. Room, spacious, airy. It would be great if the toilet door was a little more in the direction of the bed. Check-in and check-out times are quick. Thank you Nhu Y for arranging the room properly.

During the holiday on April 30, 2023, I chose to go to Hue and was introduced to Victory Hotel. I thought Victory was just like other regular hotels. But when I checked in, my friends and I were very surprised because Victory equipped the rooms with very complete, polite and luxurious amenities compared to normal standards. The most special feature is the bathroom and toilet. Students are equipped with P/S toothpaste, Lifeboy hand sanitizer, branded shower gel, and shampoo, making them feel like they are resting at home. The receptionists were enthusiastically supportive, especially Nhu Y, who helped my group book a car to go out and advise on reasonable travel destinations. Next time I come to Hue, I will only choose Victory to rest 🙂
