The front desk staff was amazing. We were traveling for a race. Made all the athletes feel welcomed and accomdated us w bananas and a little late check out so we could shower.

Pool was not clean. Was hoping for kids to enjoy the weekend swimming but unfortunately pool was dirty with bugs. The morning staff had bad attitude, when requested for some bath towels, I was told that I needed to bring down the dirty towels before I can be provided clean towels. I was very disappointed with this request. I have stayed at multiple Hampton hotels, but this the first hotel I was ever asked to bring down my dirty towels. Very disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that he wouldn’t be onsite this particular day. I asked the staff whose policy was to bring down dirty towels, apparently it was a manager named Jason Headley.

The shower was filthy when first got to the room. The bed linen was dirty stains all over it. The last the last night we were there wanted to argue about giving us clean towels.

I had made my reservation for the wrong dates and they didn't not refund my money so I had to spend more money for a different hotel and I didn't need it when I had made it for so that was a waste of money and then I had to give them 50 off my card and supposed to had got it back in 3 to 7 bussing days I haven't seen that yet it's just a waste of money no professional no we're bir toy learn from your mistakes I would never book a hotel their again
