This inn is surprising, the room has no strange smell, the bedding is clean and has no peculiar smell, and the quilt is dry and comfortable. The bathroom is also spotless. The bath water is very large and comfortable to wash. There is a place to hang clothes outside the window. It is very good to wash and dry every day when traveling in summer. The front desk service training is not in place, and the service level can't keep up! I was not enthusiastic when I checked in, and I mentioned to the guest: ”There is no breakfast service yet, but packaged bread can be provided and delivered to the room”, and finally did not provide it; 2. After playing outside for a day, I returned to the hotel at night and wanted to take a shower. On January 29 (23+ o'clock on the first day of the New Year), there was no hot water. I called the front desk to consult and told me that there was no hot water. Confirm again: How to take a shower tonight? ! The front desk replied hard: I can't wash it tonight! Ask if there is an emergency plan? ! Finally, the hotel manager will come over to deal with it, and no one will come up to the room until 00:30, explain the situation in person and give an emergency plan! 3. The parking code provided by the hotel, after scanning the code to collect the coupon, it will be displayed at the electric gate at the entrance of the parking lot, and it will also show that the parking fee of 6 yuan is required. In summary, the reputation and image of the hotel are not friendly!
