On the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby. However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway. On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

The room is very comfortable, 270-degree sea view room, especially at night, the fireworks are just in the window, lying on the bed to watch the fireworks, the children are very happy, I will come again next time, special thanks to the front desk manager and staff, the service is very considerate and thoughtful, praise 👍👍👍

The hotel room that we booked was lovely, great sea view, spacious and was clean. The hotel staff was kind and helpful and they made our stay good. However, the pool was really dirty and their excuse was that it is winter, which was ridiculous (just clean the pool and let the guests decide whether they want to swim or not). It would’ve been nice if they had brochures with activities that you can do around. The breakfast and drinks weren’t too good, would’ve been better if there were options.

I highly recommend this hotel to see the sea! When checking in, there were a lot of people to queue up, but the boss saw that we waited for a long time and immediately enthusiastically arranged it. The service attitude was absolutely amazing. He also gave us two bottles of water for each of us. Wifi: It will be a little slow but acceptable. Location: The 31st floor of the high-rise we live in is simply great. Very close to the sea Sound insulation: Very good, I didn’t hear any sound next door and outside for two days. I heard the sound of the waves hahaha
