The sea at Shuangyue Bay is beautiful, and our direct sea-view room was fantastic! We loved that the hotel's back entrance opened directly onto the beach – super convenient! The breakfast offered generous portions and tasted great. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! Our room was a tad small, but the sea view was absolutely stunning, and having a relaxing bath was also a big plus. The kids had a blast! Finding food nearby was easy; the claypot porridge and BBQ at the place right next door (to the left) were both quite good. The prices were fair too – our dinner cost 122 for BBQ and 103 for the claypot porridge.

The room overlooked rundown shacks. It felt stuffy, and the air conditioning unit was constantly dripping. Switches, buttons, and the headboard were all covered in dust. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for families with children.

The room was quite spacious. The beach is just across a parking lot, making it perfect for a relaxing trip with kids.

While being right by the sea meant it could get a bit noisy with fireworks at night, having breakfast by the window with a beautiful sea view was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast spread was also excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel is well-equipped and very clean. The back door of the ground floor lobby offers direct access to the beach, and the rooftop is perfect for taking photos. They offer complimentary popsicles, which is a thoughtful touch. They also provide free sand toys for children, and even complimentary plastic flowers and phone stands. Adult swimming floats are available for rent at the beach for just 20 yuan, and you can use them for as many days as you like. Overall, it's a truly excellent and dependable choice.

The room was very spacious and offered a direct sea view. Having a parking lot right downstairs was incredibly convenient. The option to arrange with the butler for breakfast delivery to our room the next morning was a huge plus!

The room was a bit dated, but it was reasonably clean. The beach is just downstairs, and we had fun collecting some crabs and seashells. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, so overall, I'd say the experience was quite good.

The environment is great. The hotel is right on the beach. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The guesthouse was quite old. The bathroom was even missing its shower door. Behind the guesthouse, there was an unkempt, messy plot of land, and it tended to get pretty noisy at night. Honestly, it only served its purpose as a basic service area stopover.

This is my go-to hotel every time I come here for fishing. The owner is really friendly, and the facilities and overall environment are perfectly adequate. It offers great value for money, which is why it's a popular choice among my fishing friends. The cleanliness is also quite satisfactory.

This is a hotel that offers good value for money. While its facilities may not rival those trendy, luxury hotels that are popular online, it's considerably more affordable (especially on weekdays) and conveniently located near the main attractions.

While visiting Shawan, I had a lot of clothes to change, but there was nowhere to hang even a couple of items to dry. The bathroom also had an intermittent foul odor. I booked a 'sunrise room' and even waited from 5:30 AM, but unfortunately, there was no sunrise to be seen. Personally, I didn't find it to be good value for money at 263 yuan per night.
