The room is spacious and the location is good. The only thing that we didn’t like is the room was reeked of cigarette smoke smell even though we asked for non-smoking room. Please clean the room well or have non-smoking rooms for guests.

五一期間來玩的，本地房源非常緊張，定房出現了小插曲，但老闆很快妥善解決，服務可以。
客觀來説，酒店位置在勝利廣場附近，去巽寮灣大亞灣都比較近適合自駕人員居住（比住景點便宜太多）。
另，酒店一樓還有本地茶點，好吃性價比很高。我覺得挺方便的，下次還會考慮。

有些事情需要在這裏耽擱兩小時 就選擇了這家酒店。酒店很安靜 就是不太乾淨。地上還有未打掃的瓜子殼。然後就是前台的服務，辦理完入住 我諮詢了一下電梯在哪裡 前台的小哥哥小姐姐全低着頭做自己的事。我就自己找了一下 快到電梯了 一個小姐姐晃過神來要收按金 在前台大聲喊我 喂喂喂 回來回來！我都驚呆了🤯可能是新來還沒培訓吧

前台態度很差，服務不好，房間有蜘蛛網，預訂是註明要無煙房，辦理入住時也提醒要無煙房，結果沒給無煙房，房間有煙味，地毯都有香煙的痕跡。然後入住要付四百元按金，正常入住那麼多酒店都不用付按金了，前台説有物品，然後讓阿姨撤走，結果撤走的是兩包茶葉跟兩盒避孕套，現在什麼年代了，還要在房間放避孕套？酒店還停留在二十年前的時代？不會進步，怎麼跟其他酒店競爭呢！
