1. When the customer service notified the order in the morning, there were only western food and seafood Tom Yum Kung on the menu. People who came to travel could not eat local seafood, and the hotel did not process it. The restaurants on the way were not open yet, and it was not a meal in the past. Contact the front desk, the front desk directly asked us to go to the island after dinner, but we went to the island to watch the sunset, and it was getting dark after dinner, so what did we go up to see? Such a reply is really uncomfortable. So there is no way but to order more than 1,000 Tom Yum Goong set meals. We also specifically asked if there is anything else to eat on the island. The reply was no, and we only gave the a la carte menu. I asked if there were other activities on the island, and the front desk only said swings and kayaks. But I didn't expect that there would be bonfires, roasted sweet potatoes, roast chicken, fish soup and other free food at night, and the amount was huge, I felt cheated. 2. Fireworks can be set off on the island, and the store sent a price list for buying fireworks on behalf of others. We went to the designated store and found that the price of the hotel was more than double that of the store. We expressed that we wanted to buy fireworks by ourselves, but the store said that if we buy fireworks by ourselves, we need to pay a starting cleaning fee of 500 (not necessary for premium fireworks). This is a disguised form that requires us to force consumption of the store’s fireworks. It’s too ugly to eat huge profits. We will also respond to 12345 on this point. 3. The shopkeeper said that it takes a few minutes for hot water to come out. We waited for a long time, and it was still not hot after taking a shower, so we had to take a cold shower in winter. And the air heater in the bathroom is turned on, there is no hot air, it is very cold. 4. It is very difficult to communicate with the front desk. No matter what the problem is, you have to hang up the phone and ask first, and then reply to us, and the problem will not be solved, but the non-stop feedback has no solution. 4.
