This was my first stay at a Tan Yue hotel, and overall, it was excellent. The staff were very friendly. Even though I arrived during peak check-in, they arranged for luggage assistance. All the hotel staff were lovely and provided great service. A special thanks to Xiao Zeng; since I was traveling with elderly family and a child, Xiao Zeng helped arrange a baby cot, and anything we needed was delivered promptly. When we changed rooms, they had everything pre-arranged for us. The room view was also fantastic, directly facing the sea. Xiao Zeng was incredibly helpful and friendly 👍👍👍. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience, and my family really enjoyed themselves.
