房間乾淨整潔，樓下有商店，奶茶店和海鮮飯店，距離都很近，住宿離海灘很近，最推薦早上的海灘拍照，沒什麼人，天空也很漂亮，更適合拍照，晚上的海灘可以放煙火，也很漂亮。晚上温度很舒適，聽着煙火和海浪的聲音入睡。

沙灘超臟，到處都有垃圾，馬屎，牛屎都有，小孩到處拉尿，
我們在七樓，電梯往下，一般不停，要往上坐
真的不應該入住萬科3期
服務超差，連住兩天，期間不打掃，理由人多
要求乾淨一點，競要我們退房去改住五星級酒店，

現在惠州的海水越來越乾淨了，當然海水是否漂亮跟天氣以及海浪有關，有海浪的沙灘看起來臟，臟的是因為海浪捲起了沙子，這裏拍照真的很出片也真的很多人來拍照，這次來這邊很滿意，住宿的房間也很好看，而且房間都很乾凈，生活用品很齊全。

我們是兩男兩女，訂的是兩房一廳的房間，入住的是15樓，朋友覺得這房間很好，價格便宜，有個超大的陽台，光線和風景都很好，晚上還能在客廳打遊戲，每個房間都有衞生間和沖涼房，也不會説要公用衞生間。

客觀評價，還不錯，兩室一廳的房間，空間很大，足夠出遊住宿，幸好樓層比較高，視野還算ok吧。樓下就有吃飯的地方，非常方便，出門各種海鮮大排檔隨意挑選，價格還算實惠，很新鮮。

服務：住房時需要兩百塊錢按金我給了，退房當天十二點我就申請退按金，拖到下午才理我——理我了之後給他收款碼，我就沒管了我想着應該很快就會來，第二天當我的朋友問我有沒有給錢時我才想起來根本沒有收到兩百塊的收款記錄，今天才再去找他説，打電話立馬拒絕但是沒有立刻回覆，想了想覺得很可怕萬一我朋友沒有提醒是不是就不退了呢？
