作為住了很多次的老顧客，這次的體驗真的很差。 入住房間裏，就看到一衹死的蟑螂。 第一次我在走廊叫阿姨幫忙打掃一下，説吃飯後再幫忙打掃，我説可以。接着12點出門到前台我也通知了前台説我的房間裏有一衹蟑螂，也叫阿姨幫忙打掃了。晚上十二點回來了，房間裏的蟑螂還在，出門叫阿姨打掃，居然要額外收費？後面我還要親自去前台再反饋才幫忙給我處理掉。
