這家酒店位置是真的方便，住過很多酒店，停車都是左拐右拐的，不好找，這個次住的就停在門口，下車進門就可辦理入住，太方便了，大廳環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務人員熱情周到，及時為我們提供幫助，入住體驗太好了😁，強烈推薦給追求品質住宿好的朋友！

服務：前台和樓層服務滿意，餐廳服務太差
環境：住宿環境可以，用餐環境太差
因第一天住宿和用餐體驗感較好，決定再住一晚，結果續住後的早餐體驗感非常差，我們到了餐廳後，發現什麼菜都沒有了，水果，酸奶更是沒有，就給服務員反映請他們補充，結果一直沒有補充，就衹補充了一點點蓮白，很好可笑的是要了一晚米粉，居然衹有一口，真的就一口，還不夠一個幼兒的量吧！打電話給前台反映了早餐沒有東西吃，來了一位男士，不知道是不是經理，也沒有補充食品，還讓服務員把東西都收了，大概意思就是説已超過用餐時間了，就奇怪了，酒店定的用餐時間是進餐廳時間還是用餐結束時間？就這服務態度，強烈不推薦！

帶娃出門首選親子酒店 很不錯 酒店預備了小童洗漱包 洗漱區域也分了成人和小童區 很方便 前台小姐姐人熱情 辦理入住的時候 一直在小朋友玩 還送了水果 小朋友很喜歡

酒店很新，裝修很雅緻，設施很新，智能馬桶，熱水來得很快，温度穩定，中央空調出風聲音小，不影響睡覺，服務很好，衞生乾淨。餐廳很乾凈，大氣，早餐還不錯，米線好吃。就在河邊，可以散步，附近吃的很多，離古城也很近。價格和品質都非常滿意，好停車，來會理推薦入住他家。

這是一次難忘的經歷，前台的妹妹們真的是太太太好了，酒店也很乾凈，經常出去玩，這家酒店的環境服務價格都已經算是性價比超高的了，我們去龍肘山出了意外，酒店的工作人員都很關心我們，下次一定還要再來一次

新裝修， 乾淨，整潔！ 下次還會去，就在河邊，散步舒服，樓下幾條街全是餐廳。距離古鎮也不遠，步行也可以過去。

會理二日，入住感覺一般。酒店離古城很近，出行方便。房間配置齊全但明顯老化，房門防盜鏈是壞的，沙發有污跡。衞生間狹小且缺少格擋，洗澡時很容易打濕地面。大清早樓層火災警報器不知何故響了，近半小時沒有人處理。酒店在銷售上比較信用，十一前預訂的房間因故修改延期至十一期間，仍然能按預訂價格交付房間。但再續住時價格直接上漲一倍多，衹好退房走人。

出行住的比較愜意的一家酒店，高端大氣上檔次，進酒店就讓人放鬆身心疲倦，前台小妹妹都非常熱情，還送了自家種的軟籽石榴，房間傢俱細節很用心，衞生也是沒得説，房間安靜整潔，總體不錯值得推薦入住👍

除了衞生間到晚上反味比較嚴重，其他都還不錯。房間也比較適合帶小朋友，設計也很人性化，小童小馬桶隊小朋友上廁所很友好，小朋友的洗手池也很贊👍🏻
