今早發生的，為了不影響家人的出遊氛圍，我一直壓着，到現在把今天的經歷總結出來，我衹是普通顧客而已，講的是體驗，早餐好吃，標配設施齊全，這些都是正常的，但是這個經歷誰又能説的清呢？誰委屈誰知道。不過這個體驗確實影響很多對這個城市的印象。

很不錯的體驗，大東北的冬天對於我們南方人來説真的太冷了，進入酒店以後超級的暖和。酒店外觀看起雖然老舊一點但是房間裏面的設施設備還是很不錯的，乾淨衞生、整潔、前台服務態度也很好，以後出差到那邊首選他們家。

房間寬敞明亮，交通便利，雖然沒有專屬停車場但停車較為方便。房間裝修佈局比較老派豪華，早餐勝在清淡可口。缺點一是洗澡水温不穩定，可能是管道老化導致，二是房間連同所有飲品用品均為收費項目，連普遍提供的免費瓶裝水也沒有，顯得很沒有温情。

環境：也不錯，大廳，和走廊也漂亮，服務態度很好
餐廳也很好，挺乾淨，就是停車麻煩點，最後祝店家生意興隆，財源廣進。

環境設施很不錯也貼心 房間內椅子來回挪動都是靜音的 室內沒有熱水 經理很熱心來給解決問題 早飯樣數少一些 但是也夠用 整體來説還不錯

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，特別是我落下了東西專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很大氣，前台大廳樓梯下還有養魚的水池，房間內也讓人感覺温馨，酒店的各項服務都很令人滿意，以後來輝南還會選擇這裏！

很滿意的一次住宿，房間乾淨整潔客服服務態度好。尤其熱情的前台接待員為我介紹了輝南周邊的特色旅遊美味小吃讓我感到非常不錯。他家的早餐也非常不錯很有當地特色而且是免費的。
