Environment: The homestay is like a small courtyard house. It can be seen that the style design of Jiangnan Water Town is really more attentive. The room has two 1.5 double beds, suitable for family travel. The location is also in the center of Shangxian Town in the ancient town.
Service: The service is a bit strange,
1. First, tell me that the parking lot charges need to be paid by myself. I have traveled all the way by car and driving. This is the first time I have seen the parking fee of the hotel and homestay. Even if some homestays do not have a parking lot, they will tell the guests that the parking fee is free or paid first and then made up. When I first told me this, I didn't ask and promised to take care of myself, mainly considering some local differences.
2. Then we arrived at the hotel. Our family of four had two quilts in the room. This weather was high in Huize and it was very cold at night. Even if the air conditioner was turned on, it was impossible for four people to cover two quilts. So I proposed to add a quilt, and then the front desk told me that I needed to add a quilt. charge? ? ? This is also the first time I have encountered it in half a year! I said it was unheard of! So the front desk called the boss and finally added it for free.
3. Then there is breakfast, which says breakfast included. After arriving at the store, I learned that it was not made in the hotel, but that I had to walk to a rice noodle restaurant in the ancient town to eat. There are two breakfasts in the room. I used points for the third breakfast when I booked (the child is less than three years old. The experience is that any homestay is free for such a small child, so I didn’t use points for the child to change one more breakfast) In the morning, the front desk said that you have three breakfasts. The implication is that. . . There are three points. I fell off my chin and said that I had never heard of a child under seven years old who had to charge for breakfast. Then the front desk said that I would give you one more. Instead of this, you might as well say at the beginning that I give a gift to the child, why say no child wait for my reaction, and then give a copy. The breakfast is a bit far away, the rice noodles taste good, but the ticket given by the hotel is a small portion (in fact, it is only 9 yuan), it is really not enough to eat, we have been hungry at noon.
In the above few things, in the end, the store is actually free to solve, but the service awareness is really not good, but any emotional intelligence will not propose to add quilt charges, parking fees are self-care, breakfast without children. . . . This feeling is really bad. I also saw that your price is the most expensive one in Huize, so that I can live better in the local area.
Facilities: Facilities are OK, the water is quite hot. But it is a loft air conditioner, but it feels like hanging up. It has the second floor warm and the first floor cold.
Hygienic: The dehumidifier water in the room was not cleaned and leaked. . .
