真的挺無語，見過免費升級房型的沒見過免費降級房型（辦入住的時候沒説），禁煙有窗房型打開門一股煙臭味窗户又打不開，衞生間門關不上……

地理位置好，服務好。衹是設施比較老舊了。就在陳江南輕軌站，緊挨着大型購物中心天益城，周邊吃飯真的太方便了，什麼都有。
