本來是今年新開的酒店想着去體驗一下新的酒店，沒想到入住都是一件很麻煩的事情，明明還有大床房就非説沒有，各大平台上看到都是有，就硬是説沒有不能讓我和朋友住在同一樓層，態度也十分生硬的前台，弄得我來這裏消費就是買難受的嗎？而且入住的房間到處都是灰塵，而且進去一股發黴的味道，這難道就是新開的酒店？入住的伴手禮你問前台要她才給你，我們入住兩間房按道理來説應該兩份伴手禮，拿了一份伴手禮問前台在要多一份前台就説不是給過一份了嗎？兩間房給一份是什麼意思呢？如果給不了伴手禮就不要寫在平台預訂酒店的福利裏面，寫了向前台要又一副我佔你很大便宜的態度，入住電梯還壞了，整個酒店就一部電梯，經常壞卡死在五樓，整個入住體驗十分的差勁，環境分給一分是因為停車場保安大哥每一次進入都會指揮停車，比那個所謂的前台好的太多太多！

床太舒服了，床墊軟硬適中，躺下去整個人都被温柔包裹，枕頭的高度也剛剛好，不會太軟塌也不會太高，一覺睡到自然醒，被子的質感也很親膚，睡眠質量直接拉滿，洗澡體驗極佳，淋浴的水壓超足，熱水來得快而且温度穩定，洗澡的時候特別解壓。沐浴用品香味高級，洗完皮膚不乾燥，浴室的乾濕分離也做得很好，完全不會有積水的問題。
