不能為了20元紅包就瞎評論吧，不要也罷。老實説：
優點：1）視野好，樓下就是沙灘，客廳出大陽台，面對海岸線，可以看日出。2）如果打開推拉門，風大很透氣，房間沒有異味。3）設施齊全：有空調，洗衣機，電視，泡茶桌，拖鞋，一次性牙刷，衣架等。但是浴室，馬桶，凳子，空調，時刻提醒你，能用就行，很簡陋。4）露天停車場比較空，15一天。
缺點：1）洗澡水很小 花灑非常差。2）酒店裡的網絡不穩定，看**有時會卡，不如用流量快。3）房間沒有70平，邊户房間不規則，衞生間無窗，床邊有落差，小心摔倒。4）居住期間，沒有人員打掃衞生。沒有前台的，自己聯繫客服。

離海岸線很近，步行幾分鐘，比較推薦租一個小電驢騎行海岸線。周邊的飯店都很坑。房間衞生方面無異味，環境較安靜，會有工作人員提前和你確認並溝通，設施齊全。

真的很喜歡，房間裝修風格現代温馨，環境非常好，衞生乾淨整潔床品舒適，房間的隔音效果很好，睡眠質量極佳。設施齊全，有冰箱，視野開闊躺在床上向陽台望去，一線海景盡收眼底，非常放鬆治癒，樓下就是沙灘，非常方便。非常推薦這個房型。
