酒店的客房設施齊全，有大小不一的房間，給不同客人提供不一樣的住宿體驗，工作人員以及衞生和環境都不錯，下次還繼續來。

房間還可以。衹是廁所的口杯應該很久沒洗，裏面有殘留白色污漬。煮水壺上面飄了一層灰層。樓下KTV，到了晚上有點吵，房間的隔音不行，能聽到隔壁和窗外的聲音。

進房間後很臭，不斷有臭味從浴室的出來，開着空調及抽氣扇還是很臭。後來發覺是所有排水位置是連在同一條喉管，沒有隔氣所致，要把一次性拖鞋膠袋及用自己帶備用來盛載衣服的膠袋蓋上所有排水位置，這才沒有臭味。
2. 要求無煙房間，被鋪枕頭全是煙味。整夜難眠。
3. 要求寧靜房間，整晚樓下KTV及足浴不斷嘈吵
4. 要觀看電視，全是要付款，連中央電視CCTV1&2都没有
以後不會再預定這酒店
