We were particularly grateful for their thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room, which allowed our entire family to stay conveniently on the same floor. The room itself was not only spotlessly clean and huge but also boasted a lovely view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and exceptional service.

Our room was clean and well equipped. Hotel is linked to a huge mall. We would like to especially thank Becky Wang at the Front Desk for her expert help and organization.  The cleaning lady on the 55th floor was also very friendly. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Pullman Kaisa.

It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel staff was professional and enthusiastic, and they helped me upgrade my room. I wanted to try another hotel on the third day, but because this hotel was so good, I extended my stay without hesitation. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room layout is good, the hotel's location is also very good, there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, and the hotel has many parking spaces, making parking convenient. It is very convenient to come from the airport. You can take the Airport Express, which stops opposite the hotel. Then you can cross an overpass with an elevator and you will arrive.

本來預訂的是全季酒店，結果給了我一間煙味刺鼻的房間，他店裡沒有同等級的房間，高級房不捨的給我們升,然後讓我們退房，我們就從清遠長隆玩完開了兩個小時的車拖着疲憊的身軀換了這家酒店，酒店很舒服，新裝修的，也沒什麼味道，停車很方便，門口和地下停車場都能停車，我們是定了最普通的房型，前台主動幫我們升到高級房，酒店不高，但是單層很大，隔音挺好的，房間乾淨整潔，算是一天疲憊的一些安慰吧

設施：齊全，我住的輕奢房間翻新後工藝比較差，走廊燈光感應式，燈光昏暗。 衞生：一般，可能因為我連續住10多天原因，阿姨對衞生有所放鬆，偷工減時; 環境：在市中心市政府旁，惠州最高樓綜合體副樓，開車停車在負4樓，25元/天收費，人行進入可有故事講，因為在商業綜合體內其中一棟12樓以上，公寓酒店一樓沒有大堂也沒有標示，找門進入簡直一個頭大，勸你們到了一樓必須問清楚東南西北哪個門進入，網上客服或會發一段比雞腸還長文字讓你科研般看指路引導，正確進入大門後先到6樓，到了6樓免費先逛一段空中花園路，再找到A棟電梯，輸入密碼（要先問好密碼）開電梯到12樓前台，你終於到了酒店，開心吧。大商場購物美食在樓下，十分便利; 服務：前台服務及網上服務挺好的，給個贊。

This stay was great! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped and the hot water supply is stable. The location is excellent, there are many food and attractions around, and it is convenient to travel. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. High cost performance, come back next time!

我獨自帶7歲兒子帶惠州比賽，提前電話希望酒店幫留下車位，酒店考慮到特殊情況，真有特意幫留車位，並做好引導，非常感謝！酒店設施新，佈局合理，注意細節，沒有一個開關或擺設是多餘的，電視可以投屏給兒子上網課，插座都有type-C口，沐浴液和洗手液氣味不俗，馬桶按紐賊溜，住宿環境舒適衞生，早餐品種該有的都有，絕不小家子氣，甚至還為小童準備了可愛的專屬硅膠餐具，真是升 級了的漢庭，性價比極高！衹有一個小建議，餐廳地面較滑，可以給椅子裝防滑墊
