The place is beautiful, a bit empty in facilities where the swimming pool and hot springs are located. Thats a problem because everytime you want to enter swimming pool you need to pay again, even if that is during the same day. We didnt know about that, so we got hungry and left pretty fast, because its not possible to buy anything except sausages on the territory of hot springs. All in all experience was positive. But i still feel that staff was very slow. It takes a lot of time to check in or to get things sorted out to enter the swimming pool.

The room is satisfactory, the mattress is comfortable, the service is satisfactory, the staff are very nice, but the breakfast quality is not good, the buns are so thick that you can’t bite the fillings and they are not delicious, and the Cantonese-style raw porridge is watery and like leftover soup , it’s not raw porridge at all, the juice is blended and very sweet, the strawberry jam looks very good, it’s delicious when you apply it and take a bite.

We were on a business trip, so we got back to the hotel late. We didn't go back to the hotel to sleep until 2 a.m., but we were woken up by a phone call from the hotel at around 6 a.m. We were on a business trip for a few days and stayed in four hotels. This one was the most annoying. once. Just because the car was parked in front of the hotel, but when we returned to the hotel to sleep, we didn't see any sign that we couldn't park, and the location of my car didn't affect the passage of vehicles. The room is very clean and spacious. All the staff are helpful and accomodating. Especially one of the managers, Miss Fenny who made us feel like VIPs all through out the stay and did everything she can to make us as comfortable as possible. The massage the hotel offers is one of the best we’ve had. Room service is good as well. One of our best weekend hotel stay by far both in China and abroad. Will be staying with them again for our next Huizhou visit.

A large family went back to Tamsui for the Chinese New Year and booked two rooms! The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of food downstairs, and there was a foot massage by Mr. Zhang! Chalet BBQ! There are also many drink shops in One Center! Unfortunately, the water tank in one of the rooms kept gushing water for toilet flushing. Fortunately, I was able to change rooms in the end!
