房間很大，乾淨。早餐阿姨比較貼心的訊問是否符合胃口。批評前台，唯一一家口罩需要收費一塊的酒店。其它酒店都貼心的準備自由免費口罩。前台態度差到理直氣壯的犟嘴 “口罩也要花錢買。” 另外我房間的電話是壞的，兩次都通過攜程播電話給前台，結果事情也沒有解決，也不回消息，我就在房間乾等着。下去找前台，又犟嘴不耐煩請酒店加強前台培訓和管理。
