Best location right in front of Hulhumale Beach. The ground floor and rooftop restaurants are also delicious. The room is budget-friendly, but comfortable enough for a good rest. The bed creaks a bit, but it didn't bother me since I was alone. :) The air conditioning is cool and there's a ceiling fan, so it's very pleasant. Having a terrace made smoking very convenient. The bathroom has good water pressure and plenty of hot water! The TV was broken so I didn't try to turn it on. There are two safety deposit boxes. Enjoy trip!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, in a great location, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend it.

As a transit hotel, I only needed a few things: an affordable price, a comfortable bed, good hot water for showering, decent towels, and a comfortable AC. I have to praise these aspects specifically: the sheets were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right by the beach, with a road separating the rooms from the sand. Motorbikes can be a bit noisy, so earplugs are recommended for sleeping. Even the sea-view rooms have a very small balcony, right above where the motorbikes and pedestrians pass. I never bothered to go out on it, and I didn't even open the balcony door for fear of mosquitoes getting in. In terms of hardware, it's comparable to the cheapest budget hotels back home, but even the cheapest room here was over 200, and with taxes, it was closer to 400-500, which is considered the most affordable option here.

location is very convenient. breakfast is in the other building but it's 4star quality buffet not the usual plated breakfast. We also have an access to the rooftop pool aside from our pool.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. The ocean is right outside, and if you walk down the alley next to the hotel entrance, you'll find a bus stop with routes to the airport and Malé. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere.

Everything was great. Easy check-in. They met us at the airport at the pre-arranged time and then took us back. The transfer cost 10 dollars one way for two people. It's located in the city center, near restaurants and shops. There's a wonderful ocean view. Get a room with a balcony; the view is gorgeous.

First impression was quite good, the check in was quite fast but it's not very easy to find the reception as it's behind a cafe. It was weird that the 6$ tax can be only collected in use, they don't accept their own local currency! I was given the room 502, which is on the ground floor on the back side. The employee who showed me to the room first tried to open another room by mistake which was funny for me but not funny for the guests who were inside. The room is quite small but there are quite many closets. There us something like a balcony but it's covered from all sides. There is kettl and tea, coffee. The bed was good, ac worked fine. I was given a code to access wi fi but it worked for 1 device only. In the evening the water in the shower was freezing cold. In the morning it was very hot ( I found the probable switch for that but I'm not sure how it works as I didn't ask anything). I woke up about 6 am because of strong smell of tobacco. At about 11 am a horrible construction noise started. They offered a transfer back to the airport, but didn't say the price, just "it's the same as taxi". So I paid 85 rufiyas for a shared transfer ( it was 80 rufiyas for a taxi from the airport). The driver kindly walked me to the transfer counter that I had to find. Overall: ok for a night. The airport is 10-15 minutes driving, the sea is opposite the road.

Perhaps it's only worth booking a sea-view room at this hotel. The rooms in the middle don't have balconies, while those on the ends do, but they face other buildings just a meter away and there's ongoing construction. There are cafes on the ground floors, and even though I was on the 4th floor, the clatter of dishes, conversations, and shouting sounded as if it was all happening right in my room. This went on until 1 AM, and the noise started up again at 5 AM. So, getting proper rest was impossible. It's a very budget-friendly hotel, though.

The location is great, the room is clean and tidy, and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The beach is just a short walk away. Overall, it's a very good place for an overnight stay.

Taking a taxi from the airport costs about 10 USD. The room is quite small, and the environment is pretty basic, comparable to a lower-end budget hotel in China. The main upside is the affordable price. There's a nice beach right opposite the hotel, so if you have more time, you could consider a sea-view room. Service was good; even though there's an elevator, they still helped us take our luggage to the room. The coordination with our resort hotel was also seamless, and they helped us arrange a taxi to the airport (at our own expense). As a transit hotel, the price is really great value, perfect for those who want to spend their budget wisely.

Suitable for a one-night transit stay. Overall the hotel is clean and good. The staff are friendly and it’s a convenient place for a short stop.

We had a great experience at Huvan Beach. Beach breeze and the fresh air made it even better. Loved the location and the food.

Nice spot along the beach- the water is beautiful but there is trash and plenty little biting flies ,so be prepared and remember that it’s a basic spot for transit and you won’t be disappointed. Typical breakfast with scrambled eggs, beans, fruit, and some bread choices. If your booking doesn’t include breakfast, there are other options along the sea that may be tastier. Bed and room were small, with older linens, mattress, and pillows, and the bedframe a bit creaky. the room was stuffy, but the AC was good. The bathroom is very basic and there were some amenities including free water in bottles and snacks for purchase. The staff was very nice! Overall it met our needs and would recommend for one night to or from the airport to an island. Thank you to all, especially the man in charge of the breakfast.
