This is my second time here, compared to last time, we have a bad experience this time due to Raya festival season, too many people and too crowded.
we got the check in our room at 5pm, and buggy car take more time than usual.
But of course i know this is long holiday and festival season, so well we are not going to complaint anything. But i will avoid to come here when long holidays.
Overall is good, very good.
Resort, restaurants, splash water park, Dino park, snow world, all good!

The resort is so clean and new ,the buggy car calls and will come in a shorter time ,good!
Breakfast is also nice and has many meals
Facility clean and just nearby,manage to reach by buggy car.

The reception took a while to wait during check in time, however the staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Buggy service infront of lobby is very fast, they helped us to carry our luggage to the room, however when we ordered buggy service from our room, the service is slow, probably higher crowds during the weekend.
Overall the experience is nice and would love to stay here again.

Check in was very poor due to peak season. The check in took about 2 hours and no late check-out was given. Monkeys Canopy really needs to look into this matter. Othen that, overall is okay and meeting the expectation. The food selection for breakfast is quite varieties.

Located abt 15 min drive from Bandar Sg Long.
Huge landscape with accommodations, Dinosaur Theme Park, Water Theme Park, Go Kart, restaurants, etc.
Checked-in took 45 min in queue.
Dinner at Thai restaurant: Staff were not interested to attend guests’ enquiries and requests.
Breakfast: Limited choice. Coffee machines are home used model and took about 4 to 5 min for a coffee. Imagine you have 5 to 10 persons infront of you.
Activities: We did not take any activities but it seems you will not be bored by taking any or all of the activities there.
Return? From the first impression, I had thoughts to suggest to my family for reunion dinner and staycation, and also recommend my team for annual 3D2N retreat here. After the above experience, I decide not to.
