Hotel Sorenga

The facilities are all well-maintained and in good working order. The room was very clean, and there are plenty of restaurants just a short walk away.

Exceeded expectations! I was initially worried about parking in the city, but there was plenty of space downstairs. The front desk staff was incredibly kind; seeing we had a child, they provided kids' toothbrushes and even waived the breakfast fee for the little one, which was very thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart control system for the whole room made our stay very comfortable.

The hotel was great, and the laundry room with its washer and dryer worked very well, available from 8 AM to 8 PM. The service was excellent; they even upgraded my room. The location is also quite convenient for getting around.

The room environment is great, and the transportation is convenient. Plus, there's breakfast. Overall, it's excellent.

This hotel is terrible. The breakfast was awful – just plain rice porridge, no steamed buns. To make matters worse, the staff, including the lobby manager, argued with unhappy guests, insisting they were doing a great job. It was so infuriating I was speechless. The room was dim, and frankly, the service attitude was the worst. Do not stay at this place; you'll only get annoyed.
