JI Hotel (Hulunbuir Hailar Airport Genghis Khan Square)

The new hotel facilities and environment are quite good. We booked a business twin room, and the beds were big enough for us and our child to sleep comfortably. The room space was also quite generous. As Hailar was both the starting and ending point of our Hulunbuir trip, we chose this hotel both times. The price wasn't cheap during the shoulder season, so planning ahead might have been better. But alas, we're spontaneous travelers, and Hulunbuir in autumn is just too charming!

The room was spotless and the hygiene details were impeccable. The facilities were excellent and provided a great experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly efficient. The hotel's location was superb – quiet yet convenient. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back.

Hampton by Hilton is consistently clean and tidy, and it was the most convenient place to do laundry on our entire trip. Many travelers use it as a stopover, and the breakfast is quite good too.

We hung the 'Please Clean' sign before heading out at noon, but when we returned in the evening, the room hadn't been cleaned. We called to ask why it wasn't cleaned during the day and requested housekeeping. After a long wait, someone finally showed up, only to scold us about why we didn't have it cleaned during the day and how difficult it was for them late at night. Their attitude was terrible. Am I staying in a hotel to be reprimanded? We hung the sign during the day, so it was your oversight that led to the room not being cleaned, yet you chose to scold us late at night. The cleaning itself was done very reluctantly and superficially. Even after they cleaned, there was a strange, unpleasant smell, I'm not sure where it came from. Furthermore, we put our laundry in the washing machine the night before, and by the time we were checking out the next day, it still hadn't been delivered. We had to go and retrieve it ourselves. The clothes weren't even dried; they were just haphazardly piled up on the side, damp and full of wrinkles. I've never encountered such issues at any other hotel. At other hotels, laundry is always neatly folded in bags, or delivered directly to our room by a robot or front desk staff.

This is the worst and smelliest Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. The room reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered; the stench hit me even before I stepped inside. I asked the front desk staff to check it out, and the young lady there said it stank. With this level of cleanliness, are they even following any standards? Has any inspection been conducted? Other hotels here smell nice, but this one, which I changed rooms to, didn't smell of smoke, but it had absolutely no fragrance. The hotel staff's service was also strange. They reminded me I was staying two nights, so I booked two separate bookings. The next day, they called to ask me to check out, and my room card was invalid. The front desk just casually said there hadn't been a proper handover. 😵💫 It was truly awful…

The decoration is simple and stylish, the hotel is new, and the room has a little bit of decoration taste. Overall it is not bad, the service is very good, and the breakfast is also rich! The same all-season fragrance as always, very good

The hotel has an elegant environment, complete facilities, and super comfortable bedding, allowing you to sleep soundly until dawn. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped recommend nearby attractions and food. The shabu-shabu mutton was super delicious, highly recommended!
