HanTing Hotel (Hulunbuir Hailar Ancient City)

My stay here exceeded expectations. The front desk staff were patient and responded quickly to any issues. The room layout was practical, the blackout curtains worked great, ensuring good privacy. The room was also very clean, with spotless floors and no hair or water stains – excellent attention to detail. The breakfast selection was rich, and the overall environment was quiet, allowing for a very good rest during my stay. I was satisfied with everything and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Satisfied! The service all around was excellent. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. It's very convenient for getting around and dining. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.

I wouldn't recommend this place for those driving, unless you can arrive early. The parking lot is shared, and if it's full, you'll have to park across the street and pay 20 yuan per night out of your own pocket. The family room I stayed in, room 321, had a problem: the recessed, deep anti-glare light directly above the bed would flash every two seconds while I was trying to sleep. It was actually brighter than what it looked like in videos, and it significantly disrupted my sleep.

Excellent! The environment is great, and the location is convenient. Parking was a bit tight, but we were lucky to find a spot every time we returned. Most importantly, it wasn't affected by the water outage at all, which truly sets it apart from most hotels.

I booked the wrong room. I didn't notice the 'may not have a window' icon on the booking page. All three twin rooms I booked had their windows blocked by outside advertisements. Since I was traveling with kids and seniors, the front desk was kind enough to upgrade two of the rooms for me. I'm very grateful for their help.

When visiting Manzhouli, I always stay at this Hanting Hotel in Hailar. It's clean, comfortable, and the service is excellent.

Even though we arrived at the hotel at 12 AM and checked out at 8 AM, so we didn't stay long, I still have to praise this hotel. The location is excellent, the overall environment is great, and it offers really good value for money.
