My room was pretty good, with decent facilities. Traveling with friends, we found it very convenient to get to the nearest museum for Buryat dumplings and to Genghis Khan Square. The hotel's surroundings were a bit rough, but it was still convenient for getting around.

The hotel was very clean, and they upgraded my room to a much larger one. They even gave us some snacks when we checked out. The best part was that the room came with disposable mouthwash, saline solution, bath towels, and alcohol wipes. I actually ended up using the saline, which was so convenient. My only regret is that I woke up too late and missed breakfast, which I heard was quite good. The only downside was that the air conditioning vent in our room was directly above one of the beds. I hope they can adjust the vents so they don't blow directly on people.

We drove from Beijing to Hulunbuir Grassland, Hailar, and stayed at the Yufeng Hotel. The experience was pretty good. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and it's very clean and tidy. The staff are warm, attentive, and welcoming. The only downside was that breakfast was just so-so.

The laundry room was a pleasant surprise and very considerate, with separate washing and drying machines for men and women, and even dedicated machines for children's clothes and shoes. That was the biggest surprise and a huge bonus!

Service: Everyone, from the front desk staff to the security guards downstairs and the airport transfer service, was very friendly. Airport shuttle service (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM): I have to commend the airport drop-off service. We had originally scheduled a 9 AM departure for the airport but thought it was too early and canceled. The driver actually came back specifically to pick us up again! He chatted with us and gave us recommendations along the way, and his attitude was extremely friendly. My parents, who I was traveling with, kept praising him. It was a very satisfying experience.

We chose to stay here for our first night in Hulunbuir, as it's only a 10-minute drive from the airport. They offer a private shuttle service by appointment, but since we were driving ourselves, it was even more convenient. Hailar isn't a big city, so getting around is a breeze! The hotel has ample parking. The lobby on the first floor is a bit small, but you can rent traditional Mongolian clothing for photos, which is a nice touch even if the selection is limited. The main reception is on the 7th floor, where there's also a small kids' play area – perfect for letting the little ones burn off some energy! There's a dedicated laundry room too, which is very convenient. The restaurant is on the 6th floor and offers a lovely, albeit small, afternoon tea with desserts, fruits, and nuts from 2 PM to 4 PM. The restaurant staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, the quality is definitely there. Since we were traveling with a child, our room was pre-treated for a smoke-free environment. I personally prefer newer hotels because they look clean and modern. The room even came with facial cleanser, face masks, makeup remover, disposable bath towels, regular towels, and even contact lens solution. Honestly, it felt a bit over-the-top and mostly unnecessary, but it certainly adds a nice emotional touch! However, we did find a cigarette butt under the bed, so I hope they'll be more thorough with cleaning in the future. If I had to pick the biggest drawback, it would be the low water pressure in the bathroom – the water flow was quite weak, though the water quality itself was good. Overall, it's a really good hotel and seems to be doing very well. We met the manager in the lobby, and she demonstrated strong service awareness and social skills, clearly prioritizing guest experience. I wish the hotel continued success!
