Jifeng International Hotel (Hailar Central Street Ancient City Branch, Hulunbuir)

Overall, it was good, but the water would stop in the middle of the night. For its amenities, the price is a bit high, which might be due to the current golden tourist season. Hailar is not a big city; it takes only about 10 minutes to drive from the airport to the city center, and there are many hotels in the bustling downtown area.

The hotel's facilities and environment are excellent. We arrived on a day when the water was shut off, but the hotel had a backup water tank which was a lifesaver. The location is incredibly convenient; there's a large shopping mall and commercial street just down the road with everything you could need, and Friendship Supermarket is right next door.

The environment is clean and hygienic, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff are gentle and polite, and they respond promptly to any issues. The room has great natural light, and I had a very restful stay. The price is affordable, and it's convenient for getting around. Overall, the experience was excellent, and it's definitely worth staying here!

The lobby manager allowed people to smoke in the lobby, disregarding the health of non-smoking guests. I had already requested a quiet room when booking, but it was so noisy outside at 3 AM that I couldn't get any rest. Light sleepers, you'll go crazy here. I was already struggling to sleep, and then the water and electricity were cut off, forcing me to get up early and find somewhere else to stay. 🫠🌚🌚🌚 One of the front desk ladies was so kind and gentle. Thank you; without your care, we would have been much angrier and more disappointed. The location is convenient, close to shopping malls, the old city, and Instagrammable cafes.

This hotel is quite close to Hailar Railway Station, making it convenient for visiting various attractions. It's even closer to the main shopping malls nearby, which is great for shopping.

I specifically came to give this hotel a five-star review – it exceeded my expectations in every single way! 1. **Location**: The location is absolutely fantastic. Transportation is incredibly convenient, whether you're taking a taxi or public transport. Downstairs, there's a complete range of shops and restaurants. It's also very safe to go out for a walk in the evening, so you don't have to worry about travel logistics at all when exploring the area. 2. **Environment & Hygiene**: The hygiene standards are top-notch. As soon as you walk in, you can smell a subtle, pleasant fragrance. The floors, windowsills, and bedside tables are spotless; there isn't a speck of dust. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, the toilet and shower are thoroughly disinfected, the towels are clean and soft, and the bedding is neat and fluffy. The attention to detail in cleaning is truly impressive. 3. **Facilities & Equipment**: The room's hardware is excellent, and all facilities are well-maintained, with no signs of age or damage. The smart control panel allows for one-touch control of lights and curtains. The air conditioning is quiet and cools effectively. The shower has strong water pressure, and there's 24-hour continuous hot water at a constant temperature. There's ample desk space, multiple charging outlets throughout the room, and stable WiFi. Essentials like the refrigerator and tea set are all provided. The mattress is just the right firmness, ensuring a really good night's sleep. 4. **Thoughtful Service**: The hotel staff provide incredibly warm service. The front desk check-in and check-out process is simple and quick, and they proactively offer information on local attractions. Room service is responsive, and replenishment of supplies is fast. Staff members always greet you when you pass them in the hallway and patiently answer any questions you have. The service is meticulous without being intrusive, which makes you feel very comfortable. Considering all four aspects – location, hygiene, facilities, and service – the overall experience was absolutely fantastic. The value for money far surpasses other hotels in the same category. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already saved it and will definitely be back!
